MB has never excelled above mediocrity... so even earlier in this season when we did well most of the long term people on the boards still doubt the guys ability.

I will say this about the Riders... they don't at least look putrid and completely defeated like the teams we had under Lapo and Burke... while they do collapse in the 4th quarter... they at least at all times seem somewhat competitive. Even with an 0-7 record they still are a better team then what we trotted out a few years back. That being said Chamblin is a complete moron to say that his current team is superior to his team that he had when they won the cup under him...

It is on the players... Coaches shouldn't have to calm down the guys. The vets should be doing that...

Horrendous game by both teams.. I felt bad for Smith with all those penalties taking away his early momentum. Dirty game by both teams, the refs could of called even more. How that first play wasn't a horse collar tackle blows my mind since the ref was right there. Smith gives them a better chance then Sunseri and is light years better then Brohm. Harris wasn't that bad, he needed to take more shots down field on a poor rider secondary. The green should of won tonight... Chaps called a much better game but those penalties yikes!

Also that Alyx punter was the worst kicker I've ever seen punt in this league.

Nichols is not a great qb... So bad in the red zone. Lulay is done and needs receivers... Burris can throw the ball 10 yards or less.. Cato could of won the game had not for his brain farts. He definitely has the physical tools to do well in this league. Ottawa has horse shoes... Also extremely undisciplined on Defense. Those penalties will catch up..

Check what happened to Aldon Smith today, he's a repeat offender and was cut from his team. O snap my 49ers must of set a record for most talent lost in one off season...wowza

Hard to run when everyone in the stadium knows the quarterback can't pass. Even Suitor questioned it... They totally should of ran the ball to set up the pass. Smith has the legs and the arm, he was making good throws. The guy has the potential and did better then he should of. Sunseri clearly stinks though

I would say the Blue cheerleaders who posed nicely in Ottawa 7 years back would be the best!
