Yes, definitely, and I even think the multiplayer sometimes takes away from or comes at the expense of the single player experience. GTA V single player was still a great experience, but games like Assassins Creed (can't recall exactly which one) or the latest Mass Effect it felt like more effort went into the multiplayer than the single player campaign. That's part of what makes games like Skyrim and Fallout so great to me... the developers dedicated themselves to an incredible single player experience without having to shoe-horn in some multiplayer functionality to appease the masses.

Which Player To Get Stitched On New Bombers Jersey

I think I've seen a Ryan jersey or two floating around. -
Which Player To Get Stitched On New Bombers Jersey
MOBomberFan replied to Noeller's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Don't take my advice, I recommended a Poblah jersey to anyone who would listen a couple years ago. -
...and out come the wolves by Rancid Maybe one of the greatest albums of the 90's? All I know is 20 years later it still holds up

Yep, I'm with Brandon, PC gaming is where it's at. There aren't enough console-exclusive games that appeal to me, and the price of console games or the consoles themselves is just ridiculous. Being able to download your game direct to your hard drive without discs laying about everywhere is a nice bonus. Being able to mod your games with texture and content packs is a HUGE benefit to PC gaming... Steam offers crazy sales too, especially around Christmas and at the start of Summer... if you are lining up at Best Buy on boxing day to get a great 'deal' on console games because that's the only time they are reasonably affordable, you really need to check out Steam and consider PC gaming as an alternative. With that said, some games (NHL and Madden) just have to be played on console. Sort of like TUP said, it's hard to drop the coin on a new console just to be able to play some the latest hockey game.

Oh, he's around. What about 'The Paw', he never made the switch.

BC Lions Could Get Blown Up But Good
MOBomberFan replied to Noeller's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
I hope not. Good GMs are good for the league in general. -
How is that even a song anyway? Repeating the same 4 words over and over again. I wish that song played every time I entered a room.

Wooohooo! Stoudermire was one of our best finds this season, and he didn't even attend TC.

What about the "Great Grigsby"!?!

I like Elimimian over Ray for POY, if only because Ray missed as many games as he did.

Oh goody. I just noticed you can vote as many times as you want every 5 seconds. I wonder which Rider play will win this year!

http://poy.tsn.ca/ To start things off, we have Denmark juggling a flea-flicker for a big gain vs. Carter just staying inbounds to make a tight TD. Take a guess who I voted for.

A few groupies? *shakes head* Having sex with a famous person without any semblance of a relationship, I don't know but how else can they be classified? How many endured his abuse and came back multiple times for more? . I thought that some of the girls explained he courted them over extended periods of time. Meet at a public event or signing, swap emails/Facebook info, get flown out to Toronto for a visit... sounds like he was in some cases a charmer right up until he punched them in the head.

Tom Higgins to return as Als head coach in 2015
MOBomberFan replied to gbill2004's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
I thought much the same... but then that means that 6 other GM's also 'lost Picard' that season. The only team that actually 'lost Picard' was TO. -
Tom Higgins to return as Als head coach in 2015
MOBomberFan replied to gbill2004's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Picard was gone before he got here. That's right. We lost Picard heading into 2009 when Mike Kelly was at the helm. Picard was an FA heading into the 2012 season, though, so we/Mack did have a shot at him. -
Bomber/Calgary GIF thread ... aww never mind.

Miller was good enough to play 11 seasons, 2 of which he was named a divisional all-star. He is the current record holder for career special teams tackles. Sounds like their are enough facts to back up the statement that Miller clearly had the talent to be a CFLer.

An LaPo before him. It's almost as though HCs hold their cards close to their chests or something.

I have a feeling we will see the logjam at top of the leaderboard get broken up a bit this weekend.

Always a good read when you post your Odds and Sods, win or lose. Content is far more important than frequency or timing anyways. Not that it isn't an interesting stat

Denmark continues to elevate his game year after year. He played in every game and made some spectacular catches. If there were an award for most consistent player he would win it hands down. I could see the argument that Denmark is our MOP ahead of Willy, who for reasons being endlessly debated has regressed as the season went on. No one player jumps off the stats sheet. We'll never know, but I bet Cotton would have been in the mix if we would have moved on from Grigsby when we should have.

Wow, some of the names on there... a trip down memory lane

So who should take with the 2nd Can College draft pick?
MOBomberFan replied to IC Khari's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Jake Thomas. That's the only one I can think of too, and a 4th round after-thought too boot, just goes to show how bad it's been. Don Oramasionwu
