If correct, it's odd then that he would turn around and then dump on the party for the way the leadership race was handled and the way they are running government. He could have bowed out of the leadership race for the same reasons he gave (not enough time to mount a serious campaign) without throwing the party under the bus. I agree that anyone would have had a tough time stepping in during the pandemic, but Gillingham seems like the anti-Pallister, in that he seems to be thoughtful and considerate. A leader like him could have potentially turned things around for the party but instead you get a completely out of touch Stefanson who has only further eroded their support.

He seriously considered a run at the MB PC leadership after Pallister left but he abandoned that plan when he saw how it was rigged for Stefanson to win. I'm sure he will try again, it's a just a matter of when.

We've got our tickets and room booked already but we have friends looking to join us. They haven't found any rooms yet but we're assuming that as teams get eliminated after the division semi's and finals, there will be cancellations happening. They are waiting on tickets until they find a place to stay. Rider fans have already been putting their tickets up for sale on various sites so they aren't as concerned about getting those.

100% During the game this past week they talked about how Willie was leading the league in pass knock downs for a good chunk of the year which is normally something only a DB does. He's currently in 2nd place, only 1 knockdown off the lead. He is the only non-DB in the top 25 (Bighill is next in 27th spot).
