EJ Kuale at MLB?
Shell is not a MLB. And you think this matters to Etcheverry? I know Etch D is unorthodox... but seriously do you think he doesnt need a legitimate MLB ? Hey, I would have gone with McRath or McCune. Kuale and McCullough are not 'legit' MLBs - they are essentially hybrids as well. Williams is done, Lloyd is done... who else? Shell is the same player as Korey Banks... just saying, I could see Etch creating an LB core of Newman/Wild/Shell/Banks He's too light to be a MLB.

Mike McCullough at MLB?
trade scenario: Our #2 + #26 for BC's #5 + #14 + Elimimian or Bighill

Mike McCullough at MLB?
Shomari and McCollough I think will be a good package. Shomari played MLB in CIS so he's not new to the position.

2014 CFL Draft blog
Most definitely. Do you think he is good enough to start at tackle though? I am sceptical. I thought he played well in Sask at RT... and terrible at RG. But, that was before the injury so we'll see. I guess I am unfairly basing my skepticism on some of the opinions of my Rider friends. (Having Rider friends is my first problem…I know.) I haven’t actually seen him play myself, so the nervousness about Walters abilities may not be fair, it’s just that I have had more than one person tell me that Newman wasn’t that great. Maybe they were referring to when he played at RG. Newman is not an OL. Hes is a DB. You might be referring to Neufeld.

Gerald McRath released
Actually Pat Tracey is a DC in CIS... not sure how hard it is to transition to CFL

EJ Kuale at MLB?
Nope. he didnt played for Etch before... Etch - 2008-12 (SSK), 2014 (WPG) Kuale - 2009 (CGY), 2010-12 (TOR), 2013 (MTL, SSK) maybe you mean he has history with O'shea

EJ Kuale at MLB?
well the Esks got a good MLB with Sheritt and his backup Curran wait... never played for Esks.

you sound like someone from the other Bombers forum site. Do i? I don't have an account there. What did i say though that wasn't true? why should i trust fans opinions over bob wylies? chill man, i didn't say what your saying is not true. i just said that you sound like someone from the other site. that's all. but from your last post, i kinda sense you know who i am referring too.

Bombers add 4; release 5
I think it's because he made the biggest two or three offensive plays for us in our improbable Banjo Bowl victory last year. First impressions are weirdly powerful. yeah. we have seen a lot of guys like that.... Jeffers-Harris, Carr, Doug Pierce, Sims-Walker...

Bombers sign kicker Brett Maher
send Mike Renaud + 26th to Ottawa for their 10th and 28th ?

Bombers sign kicker Brett Maher
I believe, Wild can play the S spot too, if needed be. I think he will fit nicely in Etch D.
-
Quentin Saulsberry?
i think they are on the limit too so in order to add one (Maher) they need to take one off
-
Quentin Saulsberry?
Is he cut? He doesnt appear on the roster anymore

Bombers sign kicker Brett Maher
how do you think so?

Bombers sign kicker Brett Maher
no problem still... off Neufeld and in Jones to RT move Alexander to CB and Newman to S add another NI somewhere. (DB or LB) lot of possibilities im liking more this setup, i know there are some drop off from import to non-import talent but if we are rotating more bodies maybe that will give our import starters some breather during the game

Bombers sign kicker Brett Maher
assuming our starting NIs are: 4 OLs (Greaves, new center, Penser, Neufeld) 2 Recs (Watson, Kohlert) 1 S (Alexander) our backup NIs would look like 1 OL (eg. Morley) 2 Recs (eg. T.Gudino, Brescasin) 3 FB/RB (Volny, Pontbriand, Fitzgerald) 3 DLs (Thomas, Lucas, Richardson) 1 LB (eg. Stephan) 3 DB (eg. Newman, Muamba, Bucknor) i think thats is not too bad for rotation especially in the D lot of NIs to play special teams the only black spot is in the LB so the other DI should be there

Bombers sign kicker Brett Maher
The whole point to having one guy do all 3 jobs is to free up a roster spot. So no. im thinking the DI would be a all-in-1 kicker (Maher), a dedicated KR/PR (Wood or Tarver) and a 'Rover'? and there's no point on keeping Renaud on the roster (46/IR/PR) if he can't backup Maher, correct?
