    I think you can sign the outside guys and then draft and develop the interior guys which does not happen over night.

    Going into next year they have 3 of the 5 pieces in place. Have to get better at LG and C. Unlike last year where all five positions were needed to get better.

    It all goes back to how they handled the Cal Murphy situation. Most teams with a track record success they had would have had a successor from within to take over the GM role and continue the success they had. But they gave the whole thing to Reinbold and its never been the same.
