  1. so that's how he racked up 10000
  2. According to Jeff Hamilton of the Free Press, he knew: https://www.winnipegfreepress.com/sports/football/cfl/cfl-dropped-the-ball-442191933.html
  3. So why does Richardson get approved, when he has a past with domestic violence, and Manziel does not? We're not talking about different commissioners here, we're talking about Richardson gets a contract one day, and Manziel doesn't get one the next day.
  4. I think the connection was made early on by 3DownNation- But you're absolutely right, there could have been a multitude of issues being discussed.
  5. Twitter is blocked at work, what does it say?
  6. I could certainly be wrong. By all accounts he is right there knocking on the door and making the decision tough for the coaches. I just don't see how you can fit him on the roster. Who comes out of the top 6? Enstrom? Kulikov? Myers? That's a lot of money and a lot of veteran talent that you're sitting down for a rookie...
  7. Which one is the Simpsons? Is that with the talking dog?
  8. What the **** ! http://www.winnipegsun.com/2017/09/27/ex-wwe-star-marty-jannetty-withheld-urge-to-have-sex-with-f----in-hot-daughter
  9. I disagree, it's actually quite rare that we've kept 8, although it has happened. And we're not keeping Poolman up just to sit in the pressbox, nor has he done enough to steal a job in the top 6 D. We will roll with 14 F, 7 D, and 2 G. At this point I'm fairly confident in declaring that roster: Ehlers, Scheifele, Laine, Wheeler, Little, Perreault, Lowry, Armia, Matthias, Hendricks, Copp, Dano, Petan, Tanev. Byfuglien, Enstrom, Myers, Kulikov, Morrissey, Trouba, Chiarot. Mason, Hellebuyck.
  10. Apparently Copp has been getting some time at 4th line center in practice so we may see him there yet. I still believe Hendricks will only be a part-time player, likely starting the year in the pressbox and only coming in when there are injuries or someone is playing poorly.
  11. Really makes you think, though. I'd be more interested in his record in a single day, how many women at once, and maybe to hear some horror stories of hookups gone wrong.
  12. That's 27 years of one woman per day. But, he is 68 years old. Let's assume he lost his virginity relatively early, like 14. So that gives him 54 years. That works out to one woman every 2 days. I'm sure there were days with multiple women, however. That's pretty incredible. I bet his numbers are off though. I guess at some point you lose track. I'm not even in the triple digits and I don't know the exact number.
  13. Yeah he never made it to main camp, that's true. He was signed mid-winter and cut shortly before camp.
  14. Honestly he's the least of our worries.
  15. Pretty much my thoughts exactly. It's sad that some of the users here are too busy sucking each other off about how great the Bombers are to look at the quarterback situations throughout the league with an objective eye. Pretty much par for the course for this site lately though. Anyone who doesn't pay tribute to the Bombers gets insulted and ran off the site, so we have the same 5-10 users sitting around high-fiving each other and our absentee admins don't give a **** either way.
  16. Yeah I just see it as being Matthias' job to lose at this point, and unfortunately no one has stepped up to take it. I like Connor but he's gotta show some scoring touch at the NHL level before we give him a spot.
  17. You're welcome now go **** yourself, no one likes you
  18. Collins was already here and got cut. I see no reason to beat a dead horse and bring him back just to get cut again.
  19. Sorry but that is big-time blue-coloured glasses. Nichols is definitely near or at the top of the list for starters but Davis and LeFevour have done nothing noteworthy. Bridge has played well and Glenn is right up there with Nichols as a starter this season. Maybe if we were only looking at the last 2 games but we're not. Nichols was **** against Calgary too. Head-to-head is the best indicator and Nichols and Glenn have been about equal, with Nichols obviously getting 2 wins to Glenn's 1.... so I give the edge to Nichols but as a backup Davis has proven nothing while Bridge has a win under his belt and some pretty good numbers as well. Any other opinion is just homerism.
  20. In your opinion who has done more to earn that spot? I struggle to come up with a name.
  21. Glenn/Bridge looks pretty impressive right now. Reilly/Franklin is obviously a good combo as well. Andrew Buckley is still unproven but I wouldn't write him off. He has played well when given a chance including going 10/10 in a pre-season game. With BLM that is a good combo. With Lulay going down, we have no idea what is behind Jennings. Hamilton and Montreal's situations need not be considered. In Toronto, Fajardo has a ways to go but I still believe in his potential. Ottawa has been decimated so their 1/2 is a complete unknown right now. I'd probably rank the QB situations like this at the moment: EDM SSK CGY/WPG TOR BC HAM MTL OTT And that's not intended to be a slight on Davis, we just don't know enough about him yet to say definitively.
  22. Miles actually started some games for the Argos at LB. He's a good player. Drafted in the same year as Jesse Briggs but a couple rounds later. He could long-snap too but I'm not sure if he maintains that skill or not. I was surprised when the Argos let him go but pleased that we picked him up right away. Always good to have a hometown boy on the roster, even better when he is a really good player. Definitely an O'Shea kinda guy.
  23. I'd like to see Lipon get a shot with the fourth line. Maybe not to start the season but as our first call-up in case of injury. I just like his game.
  24. but he wears shorts
