Ed Tait piece from Monday practice says Dressler returns this week, but still no Johnny Adams. Also, Trent Corney and Bruce Johnson questionable for this week, while Randle sat out yesterday but should be good to go Thursday (took a vet day)...... Curious what happens if Johnson comes out (maybe a good thing, depending on back-up...)

I feel like I might spend the entire afternoon crying. An absolutely embarrassing abortion of a trade by Chia, who has now dealt both Taylor Hall and Tyler Seguin and got completely schooled on both deals. Hall is their best player right now (McJesus will be soon, but at this exact moment, Hall is their best player) and to only get a B-List (at best) D like Adam Larsson is embarrassing. To not even get picks or anything thrown in....just....how?

I seriously wouldn't put it past Jones to issue this as a way of "keeping his cards close to his chest" and then having a completely different line up on game day...

I heard people bitching about him LOUDLY when they were losing early, saying he wasn't using Cornish enough....and when that fumble happened and the momentum completely changed, heard people cheering loudly about how DD is the smartest OC in the league..... This is Calgary sports fans.....

Calgary is such a ****** sports town. If you're not winning all the time, they have no use for you and will stay away in droves. Doesn't matter Stamps, Flames whatever......unless the team is winning, they're not interested. They'd just as soon go watch a UFC match at Boston Pizza as go to a live local sporting event...
