Maybe it's just a personal opinion, but I don't see any better use of that money (at this point...agreed on off season being different story) than on a vet back-up QB. Unless an elite OL came available, why not spend it on a QB that has shown he can play at a high level? Some think he's permanently done and should be axed, but count me in the group who says he's a better option than Davis at this point, in a back up role.

I would think this sorta thing would be written into his contract with incentives. Bonus money for return yds, TDs, etc, knowing he's a returner as well as DB....

LW was weak at Vic Beach... Water so warm, bite was slow. Made a trip out to Whitemud at Westbourne and did well. Cats, Bullhead and Drum. No Eyes for us on shore but the guys trolling bottom bouncers did well!

Maybe I'm in the minority, but being able to sit and watch the incredible lightning show from under partial cover was fantastic. Despite the delay, I was enjoying being able to experience the elements.

Definitely forgot to mention how great the staff were last night and putting the Jays game on for us was a great touch. Huge cheers for Donaldson amd Bautista HRs. Just a great job by the WBB FC in a tough situation.

A completely ridiculous insane night that was totally worth it. Barley Bros for pre-gamers, to the stadium at about 7:15 and never left till 1am. By far the most I've ever drank at any "event" type thing. Mr Miller made some money off our crew last night...
