  1. Nothing Bombers related this time (the Strev image is a red herring) but some interesting info anyhow...
  2. Finally getting over the post covid hangover....
  3. Man I laughed hard when I first saw this today. Not all heroes wear capes!
  4. edited for accuracy
  5. I wanted desperately to post "don't tell me how to play softball...." but I didn't think anyone else would get the reference....
  6. ******* ******* Cons.... she wants to cozy up to the base that is the convoy, and doesn't want any of the blame, so she gets Trudeau to do it for her, so she doesn't take any heat from them and she can blame him. Man, I'm glad that letter became public....no hiding now. Spineless cowards.
  7. hey this ain't my first rodeo.....
  8. "Winnipeg is where you want to end up" - amen. I've been thinking about it and I'm willing to give this guy a chance to see what he can do in Buck's system and with proper weapons around him. He has yet to play on a half decent team. Let's see what he can do with the best team in the league....
  9. Canada men's hockey lose to Sweden....fart noises.
  10. there are still too many people who don't understand just how awful CoFaj really is......
  11. no way do we win a cup with Faj..... the Bombers without Collaros are a completely different team. I mean, the deep ball accuracy alone.....Christ sakes.
  12. the only somewhat positive thing I'll say is: Maybe....maybe.....with Buck and our current offense in place, MAYBE he can show something. But to this point...he's been terri-bad.
  13. Prukop is awful. I like the comparison to Faj....I'd almost ALMOST rather have Faj than Prukop. If he ever ha to actually start, we're ******. He's basically from the same group of Max Hall/Alex Brink QBs that we had from 2012-Nichols. But he's got experience running the short yardage, so at least he can do that. But I truly hope he gets beat out in camp. I mean there has GOT to be someone better....
  14. Yeah, those are the ones I have. Toews Oly jerseys from '10/'14, Toews Hawks, Gilmour Leafs, Eberle Oilers and McDavid Oilers.... all are really well done.
  15. woof....that is rough. I have a couple of the Chinese made hockey jerseys and they're (luckily??) fine. CFL stuff tho...I buy everything through the Bombers Store. They desperately need my money...the NHL, not so much.
  16. it's mostly the time change that's a problem for me, but yes, also the NHL not being there, plus the general cloud of COVID hanging over things is also an issue. I follow the women's hockey team and Jennifer Jones curling team, but other than that......ehhh. When Vancouver 2010 was on, I was ravenous....I never cared so much about snowboarding and ski jumping and figure skating in all my life....
  17. It's still Lapo + Masoli...... have no fear.

  19. Love it....massive overpayment by the fLames.....good.
  20. Really important and appreciated post. We're still in the thick of Omicron... The most transmissible variant so far. Hospitalizations are still around record highs, same with ICU and in AB the deaths are staggering. Seeing between 20-30/day at times over the past couple weeks. There is every reason to be extremely concerned right now and taking every precaution available.
  21. But the Bombers likely don't get as much money from that, right? That would make me sick to give the Stamps a single penny....
