I generally have 2 or 3 on the go at all times. I don't read a TON of new material, but always read the new Grisham when it arrives each fall. I like to read a lot of Manitoba-based stuff, and am currently reading the newly updated Bart Kives "Daytripper's Guide To Manitoba" and his co-written "Stuck In The Middle 2: Views Of Manitoba" which I'm also enjoying. Every year at this time, I re-read Bob Irving's curated Winnipeg Blue Bombers 75th Anniversary book, so I've got that going as well.

Who gives a flying **** about whether or not someone looks down on you? If someone looks down on you for any reason, **** them! Any person can be anything they want... And nobody should ever be judged for it. Unless you're an *******, who doesn't love everyone equally... Then we can judge you for being an *******.

I'm sure it's not coincidence but interesting that it was almost exactly this time in 2011 that the same thing was happening in Phoenix and rumours about the team being transferred back to Winnipeg were happening. I remember being at a slopitch game when the Stephen Brunt article dropped and things just exploded...

according to Ryan Jespersen, Edmonton media personality..... the word on the street is that UCP door-knockers are pleading with supporters to stick with the party, implying that Smith will be punted shortly after the election. If TBA is still pulling the strings for the UCP, that would mean someone AS crazy or even MORE......would be instituted after Smith got turfed. Terrifying and smacks of desperation on the part of the UCP....

Yeah, this is the one that came out Saturday that we talked about already.... but the lady who reported today is shockingly accurate in the last few elections. It's bad news, without question, but all we can do is pray that Calgary smartens up. One thing I can say for a fact, I'm seeing WAY more NDP lawn signs in both Calgary and Rural than I can remember seeing. Not sure it correlates, but it's interesting...

I was waiting to read all the new posts in this thread before I posted this exact thing... he's a Player/Coach now. I'm sure at some point they'll need to get him some reps, just to get into the swing of things.... but it's likely more important to evaluate the new guys at this point.

Ever since his shoulder went to ****, Bo hasn't looked like he's got the same confidence and craters when pressured. There are many examples but the 2019 WF stands out brightly....
