This is exactly what I'm talking about. William Karlsson is not going to shoot at over 20% again. He won't be a consistent 40 goal scorer and most of those other guys won't do that well again either. Team that played with a chip on it's shoulder and had some early success that they built off of. They caught lightning in a bottle but anyone who thinks this is an accurate representation of how good a team it is you're crazy. Next season with the weight of expectations on them you will see them fall back to reality.

Vegas is relying on a lot of guys having career years. It won't last. Yeah they have some depth, but without Fleury playing well and guys massively over performing because of the underdog factor I don't see them having staying power as a top team.

bad attitudes manifest themselves in ways other than in the locker room. When a guy demands to be among your highest paid and shows no loyalty to any one or any thing besides his pay cheque that's not the kind of person you build your team around. Those are guys you add in as supplemental pieces but you don't make them core pieces.

Bumping this thread cause I feel like it. Spent a few days in Vancouver, went to a few breweries and yeah had some pretty solid beers. If you like beer and are in Vancouver I recommend trying Brassneck. Sampled 8 of their offerings and not only is their beer naming game top notch but the beer is damned good as well. Fuggles and Warlock are the biggest nerds going but again good beer and good branding. I didn't think I would enjoy a gin and lime pilsner, yet here we are. Had a porter from Brittania as well which was damned good. Calgary International Beerfest goes this weekend so perhaps I will have more to add after that.
