  1. The Wil is more of a playmaker in this defense than the MLB is and honestly the change from Knox to Santos-Knox has really emphasised that.
  2. Yeah no poop is such a joke.
  3. No the reason he didn't run is because the injury happened when he landed.
  4. Had they got lucky and recovered the onside kick they would have had under 20 seconds to score a touchdown. The Bomber weren't giving up all that yardage in one play, they woulda ran out of time. Which is exactly what I have been saying. You are up by 3 scores you can pretty safely play the prevent defence making the other team take time to march down the field.
  5. The injuries suck, but next man up. This team can still win. Not like we are the only team to be hit with injuries throughout the season.
  6. they were down by 3 TDs. Prevent defense and they wasted all sorts of time trying to come back and never got the required big plays or onside kicks.
  7. the point is the time required to score 21 points vs. 12 points. BC wasn't going to win that game by taking the underneath **** so untwist your panties over garbage time points.
  8. Oh I didn't see that, only the way he was holding his arm coming off and the way he was sitting on the bench with his arm in his sweater. probably an elbow thing then.
  9. bullshit. If BC had recovered a ball and just run out of time I'd have been more inclined to agree but the Bombers easily recovered both onside kicks, BC was never coming back in that game.
  10. Difference is the Bombers were down by 2 touchdowns not 3. The D let em work it slowly down the field sure, and ideally they don't want that to happen but there was no time for the lions to come back unless they got all the way in one or two plays, and the whole idea with their laying back on D is to take that away. So your comparison is terrible.
  11. I'm also betting Adams is a collar bone, though it could be a shoulder too, I'm less certain about that one.
  12. I know we all want to be hopeful but I'd be shocked if it wasn't that. Just the way he immediately went down when he landed. I doubt it's a sprain cause it didn't look like his ankle bent, and he landed on the front of his foot. Just seems like the kind of harmless thing where that **** happens.
  13. Starting 2 Canadians at receiver and we expect the only back up canadian receiver to not be on the roster?
  14. Is it though? Still got Harris, still got Adams, still for Denmark... those are the guys they were always going to rely on. I agree I would love to have someone like Dressler back in there, but if the offense doesn't work I won't blame it on not having a couple guys in there simply because there are already enough guys there who should be able to pick up the slack.
  15. No team anywhere just leaves guys open, and if they do I have complete confidence that Nichols will see it and exploit it.
  16. Never internet before coffee.
  17. I have in the past seen them call penalties on unrelated challenges but they may have changed that. The CFL has no consistency in how they do the challenge process. Been a giant clusterfuck since day 1.
  18. There's your problem right there. Fans don't like it when people change their persona.
  19. I'm not really worried, they got enough guys can play receiver and both Coates and JFG can make some catches. Helps the ratio and just means they gotta lean on Harris more, oh noes, not one of our best players getting the ball more. Against his old team and knowing how much he loves to shove it right in Wallys face.
  20. No it's not, Hurl has the right passport that's a fact, the rest is pretty much personal opinions.
  21. The biggest problem Davis had was hesitating in the pocket. Now I dunno if his receivers just weren't getting open or he just wasn't pulling the trigger for fear of making a mistake, but that's the danger of a young guy going into a game where the rest of the team is so flat. He knows that mistakes sink you so he doesn't even try anything that isn't certain.
  22. He is the most humble, just ask him.
  23. Ring finger probably not so much, pinky definitely. But honestly I think Nichols came out of the game only to prevent more damage from happening. He got his hand hit twice, the rest of the team was flat as all hell so maybe they just figured live to fight another day.
  24. I am thinking that giving up on a play is the biggest sin on a Mike O'Shea team and Lankford not even trying to finish his route took points off the board before halftime.
