I LOL at people on here who are paranoid about or salary and use the most ridiculous mathematics to think that if we add one guy it will kill our salary cap and that we will be having to cut all stars left and right. 
I wonder what every other team does and how they survive with sometimes 5 qbs on the pay roll and who bring in guys left and right with out having to cut all the guys on the team.

Richott  from the Rifles is currently eligible to be a territorial protected player for the Bombers.   He attended the Bomber rookie camp this past year, and is very much on the Bombers radar.   He's not only a great player, but he is also a great character/leader/lockeroom guy.   I'm certain that the Bombers will invite him back to camp next spring as they really liked what he did this past year.    If he goes to CIS next year, he will lose the territorial exemption, which strategically would not be his best move.  Richott, in theory, could play this year and next with the Rifles, then jump to the Bombers.  He could also play this year and next with the Rifles, and still have 2 years of CIS eligibility, so there is no reason for him to jump to the Bisons either this year or next.
Lyles has physical talent, but I believe that Richott is a far superior athlete and teammate, and of course the Prairie conference of the CJFL is at a much higher level than the BC conference, so Richott is putting up big numbers against stronger talent.

You opened the door to using back up QBs, as if we should apologize, or feel the 'reality' of the situation. But I tell you that is the reality of the situation, at any time. Teams have to use backups..all the time. We have, for years. Your need to keep pointing out the "but, but but" in all things good for the Bombers is your way of simply negatizing any Bomber run for ten yards. And why? To simply point out the facts?

You fail to mention our decimated secondary, 2 rooks on Oline, decimated receiving corps (where we had to bring in a double cut vet).

Well TB, I didn't see Saskatchewan, not the CFL for that matter, offer to give us the Grey Cup back in '07 because we had to play our no experience backup QB after Glenn got his arm broken. 

Chose to or had to doesn't change the fact that they did. 

We won 3 consecutive games with our backup QB. Just saying.

Should also be noted that they won 3 of those games with a back up QB. 4 rookies in the secondary, and a couple rookie receivers. I don't understand the logic in stating all the issues with the teams they played while at the same time completely ignoring the faults on the bombers roster.
I get that the teams they beat weren’t playing with all the players they wanted to be. But the bombers weren’t either. And at the end of the day, none of that matters. They won.

I'll take my knowledge of he game and the confirmation from Doug Brown and Bob Irving on the CJOB call as to it being a purposeful snap over your conjecture, especially considering how often you've been demonstrably wrong in the last couple days.

That was not a mistake, quite the opposite. The Argos jumped offside, and centres are instructed to snap the ball when that happens to ensure the penalty.
