Not believing he is good enough to play in the NFL isn’t clowning on him.
More so that he’s wasting his time and shouldn’t try for it.

Good for Betts , it doesn't hurt to try.
I’m not a fan of his either, but 100% this. A shot at the NFL is worth it for any player.
Kind of a weird thing to clown on a guy for, but I digress.

I’d be happy if that was true. Biggest question is and will be his health. He can play, I wouldn’t be worried to break camp with him starting at rt.
Either way I do expect to see a fist full of tackles come in. Hoping for gray to be back and get a crack at rt first and foremost. I fully believe that’s where he’s best off.
How you feeling about today as a greenback? Lots of movement for sure.
As much as payments have been at a premium, they’ve all been positions of need, and they’re talented guys. Can’t undervalue the culture a guy like Hardrick brings too.

Hahaha. I have a friend who works at 3DN, he told me this morning, I just thought it would be announced sooner.

Oliveira and Ouelette are interesting studies.
The NFL had a RB committee form this offseason where they griped with how much they’re paid. RBs tend to become very beat up by age 30, sometimes younger.
I personally wouldn’t pay a RB top dollar unless it was a Christian McCaffrey type where they can be just as valuable as a receiver.

I would like to see receipts on despite a few people on here insisting that Brown would get signed in Edmonton, Calgary, Montreal, Saskatchewan and Hamilton....
I personally would’ve preferred they gave Brown the keys over Harris but that was just my personal take. I don’t think it ever would’ve happened.

Wow that’s pretty nutty. I wonder if jones knows the bonus is due xD instantly cut.
It’s kind of wild the difference in pay between o and d.
Certainly easier to find very good imp dl than ni WRs. But man I feel like the dl makes you better.
I do have a considerable defensive bias in terms of win share though.I don’t think it can be disputed anymore that the better defensive team wins 99% of the time. You look at this year’s Eagles, they started 10-0 but everyone knew they couldn’t defend, and it would eventually bite them. They got exposed vs San Fran, and then they fell apart.
As it’s well known here too, an interior DL is wildly underrated to a good D. You can have the best DE in the world, and it won’t matter if your interior guys aren’t doing their thing properly.

Brissett had a nice year last season and Nield had a nice stretch of games later in the season.
Nield was very good to end the year, likely what made Gittens more expendable.
Count me in the group that thinks the Elks win this trade as of now though. Ceresna, while good, I’m not sure has the same value.

Good for him gonna be a nice pay day. And bring him closer to pension. I’m sure he will have atleast partial pension next year.
He should genuinely start over Bethard.

Yeah long time guy.
Is he ready? Yes. In his reps over the last couple years he’s been very good both pre season and late season.
The question is will he physically hold up to starting every game. Don’t and won’t know till he’s in the fire.
yep, holly is the First Lady of Winnipeg. They’ve lived here full time for a couple years now iirc. He might be a candidate for coaching down the road too.
I 100% think the answer is flipping the dt ratio spot and running full imp starters on the dl. Sign oakman, bring in noses to rotate with walker and oakman use Lawson to bring in an imp db/ rotate guys.
Holly is great people. She and I used to chat when WJ played for the Riders, lots of love for the Jefferson family.

Willie will either stay with Winnipeg for his career, or retire. His family loves it there.

What was he supposed to say...man the QB situation here really sucks ..but I'll throw my hat in the ring
And was it a case Buck in end said ..hmmm....nah...I will stay out.....maybe so and there some validity to that dumb Justin Timberlake looking clown Ballsac or whatever his name is
I have it on pretty good authority that Buck wanted the job, he didn’t decline. I know fans of Big Blue would like to think that’s the case to push the agenda, but sadly, not so.
Regardless, Mace is a great hire. There was no losing for the Riders with Pierce or Mace.

Potentially taking Dru would've awfully awful
That could still happen
Funny enough, Buck Pierce allegedly was very enticed by working with Trevor Harris.

Milanovich wanted to keep Shivers as DC. Which would’ve been a mistake.
Corey Mace is a fantastic hire. Pierce or Mace both would’ve been phenomenal. I’m happy.

Word has it he refused to sign his contract because it brought him too close to the action.
As I said last season, Micah Teitz was our most outstanding player. As in he was mostly out there standing.
