  1. Past hour
  2. KC a big Winnipeg fan. I wouldn’t be surprised if an extension is announced when it can be or shortly after. He’s part of Helles crew with Iafallo now samberg Perfetti and pionk. Big ice fishing and hunting and regular fishing guy. Likely to see KC on the water or in the bushes. Top line guy also. KC is what some ppl think Ehlers is. He’s our goal scorer.
  3. WC called em "gin blossoms". But could also be Rosacea a common skin condition that causes flushing or long-term redness of the face.
  4. The Argos should turn it around mid-season when they get a bunch of their best players back and that defence has played 8 games together.
  5. Really has. Not aging well at all, hope he’s ok, could be some health stuff goin on.
  6. Key...on defence none this sit back and try and make Masollli beat our back end....He's smart and seen enough in his time he could gouge us....Pressure pressure and bring guys from different looks ZC....Not get too greedy and deep shot addicted early...set a tone...and let game come to us Ground and pound with both backs...actually start Cooley as BC I am sure has prepped for Peterson...catch em off guard
  7. he actually looks like he's aged 25 yrs over the past 3 yrs....He looks like he in his 70's
  8. rubs out to it he's not wrong
  9. After those busts penalties and drops I'd have been plastered by halftime
  10. Maybe that organization treating basically everyone but DaVaris Daniels and Chad Kelly as expendable coming home to roost. He doesn't even need to get hit. The majority of his injuries are severe joint injuries non-contact. He's blown ACL, achilles, broken leg and MRSA infection in the leg from the Marino hit. Kind of a ticking time bomb from the waist down.
  11. He had 125 yards passing through 3 quarters while being outscored 28-6. He racked up big yards in the 4th - it was the epitome of garbage time.
  12. Does anyone know what Toews’ cap hit will be? I think bonus money counts up front, but is a playoff bonus different. A $2 million cap hit would be great, but a $7 million cap hit is an overpay. And he may well get that on the open market. Then my big concern is if that is the bar set, how much will Kyle Connor cost us in his next contract. Hope to see an extension on him soon at $9.5 million before the free agency lunacy drives up his price to &12-13 million per.
  13. This is ******* insane. The game was over before he moved the ball at all. If you can only play well when you're down 20 points what's the point? 4-14 every year.
  14. Damn you Argos... I picked them in the upset and naturally they gave it away at the end Also what's the deal with Dinwiddie's cherry nose? It seems to be getting more Rudolph like as each year goes by? Skin condition or does he have a serious drinking problem these days?
  15. Today
  16. P Kane in Jet colours? Weird.
  17. Yea. 256 of it was. 308 total. Yeah the majority was garbage time. Ford did not play well. At all. He was bad and continues to be bad but hey nice scramble when it don’t matter. Ford is starting cuz Canadian. They thought starting him would bring in the fans but turns out he isn’t very good and the fans see this. But at the same time, fajardo probably doesn’t do much better.
  18. Looks good on the Argos. Honestly. I figured this would be the year the purging caught up and it has. Sask tho isn’t good, they are barely beating bad teams and the Argos are bad.
  19. 9 million for Ehlers is insane. He’s never hit 60 points and doesn’t play all 82 ever. Thing is tho say he gets 9 and is 9 x 7 years. That’s 63 million max. Jets could offer 8 (still pretty high considering Corey Perry had more playoff goals at age 40 than Ehlers does his entire career) but 8 million x 8 years (only jets can offer the 8th year) 64 million. personally I don’t think he’s worth it cuz once he loses his speed he’s finished. I don’t think he’s a top line guy on a contender, his injury history is just long. And he’s not consistent playoff performer at all. I’d prob be comfortable 7 x 7. Even 7 x 5 or 6 years but yup someone will overpay and be stupid. We will replace him with a couple value signings I feel. I think JT could attract some potential free agents. Rumors are P Kane could be one. Perfetti Toews Kane?
  20. The Argos need a massive infusion of talent- either the return of key players or fresh blood. Either way, they looked pathetic- sorry for the few remaining Argo fans.
  21. While I do not disagree with your assessment, I take umbrage with the idea that the GM should decide who does or does not play. If the HC does not have the final sayso, then he is a puppet.
  22. Masoli has become very brittle at this point in his career and one good (legal) hit might end his career for good. His legs are slow and his arm iffy, so the best thing he brings to the Pussycats is his experience.
  23. Keys to the game keep the ol play level up. Vanterpool out and paddy a little knicked, our ol needs to keep growing and improving can’t step back now. Old zach back. He looked a lot better in pre season/camp than much of last year, need to see peak Zach this year and a good start will go a long way. Limit the big plays. Last week B.C. dug out from the verge of a blow out with big plays. players to watch Cooley/Peterson, vaval, bridges, Parker, zach, Wallace.
  24. They "should" be better this week, at home and with film on us......but Masoli is a real wild card, he certainly looked "ridged" last game, maybe he has "loosened up" this week in practice, but due kinda looked like he had Kerwin Bell level mobility... I don't expect Peterson to be as good as last week, but I sure would love to see it again, and I hope to see the "freight train" punish a few players. We completely shut down BC''s run game, it was beautifully done If we can do it again, I don't see us loosing, but with Masoli, they may try and lean on/establish the run harder than last week....... They are getting IMO a big boost back on teh D-line with Teuhema back, and we changed our o-line, perhaps this is a spot where we could struggle, we handled it so well last week, this week will be a bigger challange. Beryhill out, probably hurts them, but Clercious not 100% hurts us I think IF we play specials like we did last week and "win" the field position battles, we should come out on top tonight.....Easily no, I don't think so, but IF we can get them into some adversity early, they may start to allow some self-doubt to creep in
  25. Just going to leave this quote from Dinwiddie here... "Well, sometimes guys might have to lose their jobs. The selfishness — I’d rather play with less talent and guys who want to take care of each other."
