I would be cautious about cheering that Big Stan is coming back. He is a year older, his conditioning is likely off plus who knows what lingering effects of the injury will be? Improving the. LT position without upgrading Center is equivalent to plugging a small hole in the boat while ignoring the biggest one is just plain stoopid.

For the amount he's played, Vaval is 4th on our team in yards passing against. Worst % of targets caught...albeit playing field corner. He's like a flashing beacon for the other teams play caller/QB. I don't think he's a CFL DB. We have better options. I wouldn't even look at him as a DB. I'd rather put Kelly or Hallett out there. Would be nice if he got consistent at catching and holding the ball on returns.

If we want to try and figure out the best lineup we need to flip flop Kolo and Eli for a game or 2 and see if that helps Cause if woods is ready...and based on J.Jones on roster you would think the no brainer move would be to swap Ayers with Woods as we barely use Ayers now as it is...and with both Kelly and Jones on Ayers won't be really missed on teams even tho he good...plus Woods has played on teams

Not a Smurf but not overly tall, either. If Oliviera is to be effective, we need to have better blocking at guard and center as teams are clogging up the middle on us. To me, it would be a helluva lot easier and quicker to replace Kolankowski as his ineptness affects the inside run game and also makes life a lot harder for Neufeld and Wallace.
