  2. And I think Demski is a 1 or 1a receiver, based on how he's played this year. Wheatfall is showing flashes, but he keeps getting absolutely hammered.
  3. Demski may....but will he be his normal self and be in a bit of a self preservation mode...or be one good shot from being out again??...I can't see either of Schoen and Sterns playing, and if Schoen does it's cause we rushed him back too early due to basically zero depth/options.....I'd be on the phone with White last night already...at least he could be dropped in lineup immediately, and would give some physicality and contested ball value for us...plus Sask would have to pay attemtion to him...he has big play ability they not really as bad as many think in pass protection either...we just dont have guys with the experience to recognize things and where to sit down...when to cut out of a route immediately, and really lack guys with great skill sets...so ZC at times where he used to have a hot route...or know where a guy would be doesn't have that, and needs to quickly find someone...we desperately need a legit receiver not named Demski
  4. AI says. Yes, while not typically competing on the professional PGA Tour, many hockey players are avid golfers and some have even participated in professional events through exemptions or charity tournaments. For instance, Winnipeg Jets defenseman Dylan Samberg competed as an amateur in a PGA TOUR Americasevent in 2024, and Matt Boldy of the Minnesota Wild received a sponsor exemption for a PGA Tour Canada event. Additionally, hockey players often participate in charity events alongside professional golfers, and some, like Maverick McNealy, have successfully transitioned from hockey to the PGA Tour. Hockey Players and Professional Golf: Dylan Samberg: A defenseman for the Winnipeg Jets, Samberg has competed in PGA TOUR Americas events as an amateur, demonstrating the skill level that allows some hockey players to test their abilities in professional golf. Matt Boldy: After a strong season with the Minnesota Wild, Boldy received a sponsor's exemption to play in a PGA Tour Canada tournament, showcasing his talent and passion for the sport beyond hockey. Grant Fuhr: The former NHL goaltender has played in Pro-Am tournaments with golf stars and even competed in a few Web.com Tour events. Maverick McNealy: McNealy, who played hockey when he was younger, now plays on the PGA Tour. Jerry Kelly: Before playing on the PGA Tour and the PGA Tour Champions, Kelly was a hockey player who attended the University of Hartford on a hockey scholarship
  5. cause too much rotation with Schmeck and Thomas...Schmeck astually has a real niche on the short yardage...he's got one our best get offs....hence he shpoud be one of the 2 Cdn Dt's on roster with Lawson.....but is limited in rotation so use sparingly We have our most success with various combinations of the imports and Lawson...so stick with that for your majority of sets, and find a way to get Woods on to make it even better Oline is coming together....I almost think Stan was knicked right outta the gate, but has steadid the line again....Center tho still is a weal spot....we need to switch it out just to see if anything well considering Dandy was in camp...and Houston is a vet they should be easily dropped in...We dropped Lawson in straight off his couch...so.... Dandy I hope gets on somehow too....he closes on a ball and is great at busting up plays...believe he set a conference and school record with PB's in his senior yr
  6. Yeah agreed....almost Vintage ZC....Now find hi 2 other legit recievers to go along with primetime BO Person as well....why he doesnt get more reps is insane...and why we dont do more 3 DE dets with Adams....or Lawson too is baffling...way too much Thomas and Schmeck together...Schmeck has a great role on both sides of ball on the short yardage package, and is not gonna kill ya with some reps in the DT rotation...Thomas has no role or value really Allen as well...why was he excluded from get go?...along with Person....Love to see Woodbey on for one of our waifs...we insanely weak in the physicality on the backend..almost embarrisingly weak putting in Ken Hailey would be a no brainer lol....
  7. Here is the song in its entirety with the AI Sadie in a video.

  9. This is the way of the future. AI will make the music we listen to & record companies won't have royalty payments.
  10. That's TSN. Nothing wrong with LaPo. Guess they gave the weekend off to Forde. I don't get the time off these broadcasters get during the season. Bierness (thankfully) seems to be off every 2-3 weekends replaced by a much better host in Laura Diakun . Some analysts (like Muamba) are here for one game, gone for another & then back again for the third & fourth games of a weekend. Then off the next weekend. They signed up for this. They have November to May off to rest up. They all should be in studio.
  11. Jeezus, Collaros could go 50 for 50 for 714 yards & throw 10 TD passes in a game & there would still be fans like you saying he's still not good enough.. Like nothing he did last night was good enough for you. No, he's not the same qb he was 5 years ago. He's 36 years old. He hasn't thrown deep this year because other than Demski & occasionally Wheatfall, we have no consistent deep threat at receiver so he is forced to check down & take what the defense is giving him. The man deserves some credit when he plays well & he really did last night. What was he 27 of 31 for 263 yards with two starting receivers out with injuries???? He & Brady put the team on their backs & won that game. It was a gutsy performance by the Bombers after losing Sterns & Demski. They were dialed in as a team in a way we've seldom seen in a number of years. However, still give up too many big plays in our secondary. If I was Walters, I'd be bringing in some receivers & defensive backs for a look/see. Corcoran has got to go. Is he the best our scouting staff can come up with as a backup receiver??
  12. The year of injuries it seems. Perhaps Ontarea Wilson makes it back? We have been injury lucky in our recent run but the last two seasons that’s run out. Loved watching Strev block, but I never want to see that again 😳
  13. Why go back to 2015 as it has absolutely nothing to do with our team in 2025. I think the only holdover from that year is OL Pat Neufeld. I'd be interested to know the same stats from 2021 or 22.
  14. He has no speed without a knee brace. He'll be as quick as a Gallapagos tortoise with a brace on. Taylor Elgersma is a Canadian qb who played U Sports. He seems to be doing well in Green Bay pressing an American qb for the #3 spot.
  15. Best game of the year for our offense & especially Zach. Brady was spectacular & it just shows how stupid Hogan's been by not using him properly. I wonder if Walters tries to take a receiver off of a practice roster or makes a trade? Osh just can't rely on Schoen to come in & play the way he did in 2023. We give up too many big plays in our secondary & that is going to kill us.
  16. I don't think OL is that bad in pass pro. They are just not as good as they were a few years ago. I would say the passing attack needs some adjustments, and those are slowly being made.
  17. you're still not making sense, explain how people have lost touch with reality because osh isn't getting fired.... I mean everything is just hunky dory with the roster? no issues at all?
  18. honestly at this point you probably give him some receivers and the time and space will follow since a defence would have to respect the passing options.
  19. And I'll reply with whatever I want. Thats how message boards work.
  20. Credit to the OL for creating space for BO.... ...and ZC was particularly great passing the ball in the first half. If we ever gave him time, and some receivers to throw to.....
  21. I thought this was a good game for the O. Montreal is always going to get pressure, they have a great D. 26 points and 200+ yards for BO, missing their undisputed #1 receiver - there's not much to criticize there
  22. Morgan hit a couple deep shots but was mostly crap on the night....
  23. I saw a bit of Mike Reilly there.
  24. Cause Brady Oliveira is a freaking beast tonight....
  25. Zach is faster this year than he was a couple of seasons ago. He seems to be in pretty good shape considering he’s getting older. He’s not quite 2010’s Zach in terms of mobility but it’s nice to see him use his legs a little more this season when needed.
