We can go two directions this offseason. A partial rebuild or a full tear down. There is a big difference. The full rebuild depends on management/coaching change imo.

Look I love Mike oshea and everything he has done for this team.... but if you can't recognize that he has had roster construction and usage issues from the get go then I don't know what to tell you... it put him on the hot seat prior to winning in 2019! We've seen Kyle Walters be a very active and pragmatic GM before so I have a really hard time believing that he's just changed so much that he can't be that guy anymore. Maybe he's lost his fire too, but from my perspective it appears that Oshea has a hell of a lot of input and Walters is just giving Oshea what he wants.

We're already rebuilding.... and if we're not then it's only going to get worse.

lol you can't just not re-sign the majority of your Oline. That is 100% a recipe for disaster. Do you want a losing season next year? Then sure don't sign any of Nuef Bryant or Kolo. They can afford to lose 1 of those guys and that's basically it. That doesn't mean the others should be given the starters job. But going in to camp with 2 starters from the previous season means you will 100% be starting at least 2 qbs because of injury.

and I would have hoped so coming off a knee rebuild and likely not to be ready for season....and then we pushed his return when it was obvious he wasnt ready...then he got rehurt and we continued to play him...and well we all seen how that panned out...possible ended his career...best case scenario is he maybe ready for end of 2026 seaso, but even then the smart move is to sit it all out and come backk for 2027...We may have seen last of Schoen here and yes we agree on this...We could have...we chose not to, or allocated dumb money to dumb incumbamts and priced ourselves out...That is one of Walter's blunders in this debacle of a season

Randolph is a perennial All-star in the making...prob already there Nothing wrong with Neuf's play, and he is a solid vet as he can play multiple roles Jefferson I think needs to realize that he not top dollar money now....or has to show he is and needs to come back on a more team friendly deal....I not opposed to him back and in no way think he u=is in physical decline whatsoever...used right...and in the right role with the right support cast...this is the key part would be very valuable net positive...cause if Osh goes he may take lot of our garbage off our hands I dont see any of those guys wanting to follow Osh...From what I know...much to the foot stomping of @GCn20 who thinks this info comes from someone at Snap Fitness....those 3 are a big part of some the core who were not happy with things and how they evolved...Expunging Osh likely a factor in all 3 staying...not leaving

I’d sign Brady Demski. Holm and Nichols in the secondary. Sheahan but I’d bring in competition who can do both. Fg and punt. honestly. I think that’s it for my priority signings i find it funny people want to move on from O’Shea but bring back all these damn near 40 year old pilons Randolph and Vanterpool are guys I’d give money to also Bryant is cooked. Neufeld is also. Kolo sucks. Eli here for years now (I’d give him 6th OL money) the entire DL could and should be completely replaced. Shouldn’t be difficult to do. Willie needed to go last year, he just doesn’t try anymore. Worst performance from a DL in bomber history pretty much but bring them back? They did nothing. None of them. Only ones who should be back are KMB and the rookies who played the last regular season game vs Montreal. Lawson Jake schmek they can all go they aren’t really required. Lots of people have blamed both Kyle and MOS. There’s just an obsession on here with MOS. If you talk to the non mbb.com average fan, everyone loves O’Shea. It’s like 10 hardcore fans out of 33000 that don’t. That’s reality it seems. Most ppl at the game I went to later in the year wanted him back. 1 out of the probably 50 I chatted with didn’t. Now that’s a pretty uninformal poll but it appears O’Shea is a wanted man around the league so must mean he’s done something right. And it’s not like he’s this young up and comer anymore. Dudes 55 so I wonder how much longer he even wants to coach. Kyle appears to not be wanted. Hell Hamilton asked to speak to McManus. Let’s hope they take him.

Facebook is pretty much all fake news and pictures of northern lights. I saw that Berger statement on Facebook so I automatically assumed when I saw it that it’s just a matter of time before O’Shea is signing an extension with us. Whenever Facebook mentions something it never turns out to be true so honestly. O’Shea is probably sticking around. An easy way to have Osh stop playing favourites is by not signing guys who are washed up. There’s a few on the FA list that are cooked. Gm don’t sign Jake or Willie or Neufeld or Bryant who I can’t believe ppl think at 40 would convert to center.

I think mos in torontos targets would include kramdi, gauthier, hallett, cody, strev and maybe a vet or two we’d cut. I don’t think he’d go full hamilton on our cuts. I’d send him a very nice thank you note at the very least

MOS and KW have both fallen short the past few years. I've said it multiple times and so have others.

I'm not defending MOS, and I can give you a laundry list of poor GMing over the past 3 years as well but crickets about that. We don't play Dolegala in a Grey Cup and MOS is the worst coach ever, we lose an all star team of talent in two off seasons and it's all nothing to see here...carry on. It just seems over the top. Even have some posters suggesting that Walters did a great job but MOS ruined it which is insane. MOS is likely going to Toronto so we don't need to worry about him coming back, but KW should be given the shoe as well,

Jake+Kolo+Hogan in Toronto with MOS would make many of us chuckle.

If Osh leaves for the Argos look for Jake Thomas to call it quits & maybe even Kolankowski. Although the Bombers just may not renew their contracts. That would be funny if Thomas surfaces in Toronto. I'm almost gleeful with anticipation.
