I do like tho we went only 1 extra olineman....such a waste with the 2 especially with any number of big bodied dline guys who can come in for jumbo...MCI.... I'd have gave Mitchell a shot in Sterns spot to see what he offere when lights are on...especially with Cooley now on roster...Sterns isn't a game breaker by any means and really adds nothing to the offence....End that experiment...Mitchell and Cooley have ability to offer a lot

I don't remember him playing against the Bombers since his last two major injuries. Either way he hasn't played against this specific defense or had to go toe to toe with this Offense. Past performances from years ago are not a great measuring tool. Last week his arm strength outside of one or two throws looked off. He missed a wide open sure TD and threw an absolutely brutal int. I went and looked at the stats and it's laughable what you're using lol. He hasn't started a game against the Bombers since 2022!!!! lol. wtf are we even talking about here? Yes he put up over 300 yards in both games (back to back to start the year). He went 1-1 in the win loss columns. And 1-1 in the TD-INT columns. 2 games....lots of yards 1 TD.

Masoli without maneuverability plays into the strength of our defence. Lots of dbs in coverage he will be forced to release the ball quickly or get taken down and it can take guys time to get open against this scheme. Does Ayers actually get snaps at defensive end or is this just depth chart spin?

Weitz over Bailey....why?....If they didnt wanna go with another dline guy then may as well have used that spot on Cobb or any other Canadian...Weitz offers us nothing ...I guess another Osh Boner player with easy access to roster

I think with the makeup of this depth chart they are free to use Cooley as much as they want in the offence. Would love to get him and Peterson on the field at the same time.

According to CFL fantasy football, Alexander didn't even play. He's marked as *DNP*.

Even if the Bombers were given a chance to sign him... half a mil on one RB and one CB isn't going to give you much flexibility in overall roster construction. I guess they could have went the Lions route and loaded them up with that sweet sweet marketing money.

He's averaged nearly 340 yards per game against us before and after his various injuries. Also this is a team that crumpled against Arbuckle in the most important game of the year.... so I'd say their is more then enough reason to be unsure.

Nah. He's got a giant paycheck and is the highest paid DB in the CFL. Playing with his brother is small advantage. Short CFL career and it's good to take the money when you can.

Ford is good when the other team has a huge lead and wants the game to end quicker. Aka garbage time.

Ford either can't...or won't sit in the pocket to let things develop if initial read isnt there....is it he can't read a defense....or he cant make throws from pocket to throw guys open....either way...if he not able to do anything other than school yard stuff I don't see much a future with him as a starting QB...And people say say Strev has a funky throwing motion but Fords is weird as ****....horrible mechanics and I see a shoulder injury coming at some point

I'm mixed on who I'd rather face. Surely Rourke at some point has to play one good game against us? On the same note Masoli has always torched us with big games. I'd lean towards Masoli if I was certain that we could generate a pass rush... it always feels like against Masoli we give him all the time in the world and he gets many steamboats to look downfield and toss 30 - 40 yard bombs against us.

I remember going online and looking at game stats 20 years ago and was able to see every stat easily... yet last year for half of the season they had no stats and then this year they can't even display more then one qb at a time...
