My take is we (Walters/Miller) allowed Osh to have too much say and input in to what we felt was needed an who we wanted to keep (that should not have) and has got us to where we are. That needs to change going forward if either or both are to stay, and the G.M has to not be the HC buddy...but his Boss and he and his team will bring in the best players they can scrounge up, as well determine who will/and will not be back and the HC works within those parameters....like a typical organization does...

Pure insanity that both him and O'Shea won't just say Strev is out and it's too bad for him. They keep saying they won't rule him out.
