Cooley actually is a power back with finesse. A work horse..a bit different feom Peterson and sometimes just the out of nowhere change messes teams up.

What would stop Peterson would stop Cooley, so have the running back leak out into the flats as a receiver from time to time. With all the changes in the Lions, it ought to be reasonably easy to confuse their defence and offence.

My understanding is that it counts initially as $2M, but any bonuses earned has to get absorbed either in this year's cap or any overage gets applied to next years, which is already going up.
