Doesn't the league say "no major news during GC week so as not to distract from the game"...? 99% sure that's a thing. There will be rumours for sure, that leak from the talking heads, but nothing official will go out until after GC I'd bet (with the slim chance of something before). Fwiw, reading Hodges encapsulation of the Osh presser, he (Osh) seems to be fairly confident he's going to sign an extension. Never say never, but I have the feeling everybody's back next year, or maybe Osh is taking on HC/GM on the outside chance Walters is leaving. But if I was betting money... I'd say The Trinity survives and lives to see another rebuild.

I hope that Big Willie was negatively affected by having to play on a line that featured Jake Thomas, but I rather doubt it. He has been here long enough and contributed enough to be given the choice of either retiring with full honours or invited to camp with the understanding that he will have to compete for his job- no favours. As a matter of fact, everyone should have that understaanding.

sucks that the Bombers aren't in it, but have to say this is a compelling CFL playoff bracket with four legit finalists. Am rooting for a BC vs. Montreal final, I think that'll be the best hope for a classic grey cup starring two great young QBs .... but will settle for anyone but the riders. decide on a word worse than "suck" and use it for the Riders.

Yeah...Love Stan.....and he wasnt a detriment, but he is ageing out and will only be going downhill now...and could be fast on the edge...inside tho he would be like a playing coach and he would be able to make any blocking call with what he has seen and knows....But we have some young talented tackles in waiting here so we gotta let em take over and grow....I like that they are athletic as hell and with a real OC...and the right weapons there is a lot you cn do
