Canadians in the NFL Draft

Recommended Posts

So far, as expected, through the first 3 rounds of the NFL Draft no Canadians have been drafted.  Christian Covington, Brandon Bridge, and Tyler Varga are all expected to be drafted today, possibly Brett Boyko as well.

Lots of other prospects might get NFL chances after the draft is over though.  Justin Dunk is breaking down some of the NFL interest in Canadian prospects on Twitter:

The 4th Rd may have an impact on our prospects currently in the NFL. The Bengals (bilukidi) took a DT and green bay (mulumba) took a lb who can play inside or out. Be awesome if one of these guys came north this year.

Bilukidi is on the Ravens
