Interesting.. Injuries or just disappointed in milo? (is it milo?)

I heard he's going to hang out at Subway and sign his name to all the napkins.

Milo must be hurt.

Or Chamblin may be tired of his 71.4% success rate on FGs.

The fans wanted Milo out for the last little while

Ya 71% is a tad weak..

So he wants a guy to give him 54 yard kickoffs amd who you can't trust past 40?

Milo fumbles too much.

I'm happy to see Palardy get another shot.

As long as it's with someone else

Milo placekicking and punting, Palardy only kicking field goals would work

I don't know. There must be a reason why Milo hasn't punted since 2012.

Great move for the Riders. I look forward to starting at our own 40 yard line for the next two weeks after Friday.

Great news for Bomber fans!

Not sure at all how this helps the Riders.  Milo has a fairly decent leg but goes through stretches.  It seems like Milo didn't come to camp in very good shape.  This is likely a move to put a little heat on Milo as I can't see the weak legged Palardy being an upgrade.

Milo is 76% since he boinked a 21 yarder off the upright last year to end his streak.

Johnny Mark will be their kicker next year.

I think I would classify this move as a "Classic Palardy"

Lost in the over exaggeration about his leg is the fact that Palardy is actually a pretty accurate kicker. More accurate than Milo anyway.

A whole 1% more accurate over their respective careers with a significantly weaker leg.

Well, 1% improvement....why didn't they make the change sooner, for crying out loud.

To me, either Milo is hurt or this is an attempt to have somebody ready in case he doesn't come around.

The way Milo kicked in 2013 would suggest that he is capable of better play but placekicking is such a confidence thing that he may be too far gone.

it's 2014 now, if a kicker is having accuracy issues you don't want to keep using him. A few missed field goals with the west being as tight as it is might be the difference between playoffs or not.

This is the reality.  Milo has shown himself to be excellent but in the West Division it is near impossible to wait for a kicker to work themselves out of a funk.  It is just way too close.

Heard Milo was hurt.  But dang am I the only one who's noticed that little guy has gotten a bit.. ahem... pudgy?
