Sometimes teams just need to win ugly so they can learn to win consistently.

We are a vastly different team in terms of leadership and presence and these guys are growing with the ugliness. A lot of these guys haven’t “been there” before and have to learn how to play through adversity.

I’m not happy that Walters and O’Shea let this season happen (especially in a Grey Cup year) but it is what it is at this point.
