No.  There was a late-season 1988 Calgary vs Ottawa snow game in Ottawa that was worse.  The walking corpse of Roy Dewalt vs. CFL-all-timer Erik Kramer in whiteout conditions.  Ottawa won because their punter was getting about five more yards per punt than the Calgary guy.
