Goalie Posted yesterday at 09:39 PM Report Posted yesterday at 09:39 PM (edited) Bryant Kolo and Neufeld all need replacing. Can start with Kolo. Eli couldn’t be worse. If he is, get Vibert on then. He’s a center isn’t he? Vanterpool for Neufeld. Bryant Wallace Eli Vanterpool Randolph Edited 23 hours ago by Goalie
17to85 Posted 21 hours ago Report Posted 21 hours ago That's just it... try Eli and if he doesn't work try the next guy. If you have to bring in an American centre do that because kolankowski is just too easy to embarrass and get collaros killed. Goalie and JohnnyAbonny 2
Noeller Posted 21 hours ago Report Posted 21 hours ago So if you're constantly swapping out pieces... Do you not give them time to gel? Especially along the OL we know how important it is for them to be familiar with eachother. If you're giving guys one game to figure it out or you're gone... That doesn't seem like a recipe for success.

I wouldn't be making changes after a single game though...i would give them a few games together to how the new group does. Piggy 1 1
Atomic Posted 20 hours ago Report Posted 20 hours ago These proposed changes are all based on the fact that the coaching staff actually acknowledges that there are issues... I don't see that happening. The OL is not changing the rest of the way unless someone gets injured. Booch, Piggy 1, rebusrankin and 1 other 1 3

If Kolanlowski was capable of being embarrassed by his performances, he would have committed seppuku long ago.
JohnnyAbonny Posted 19 hours ago Report Posted 19 hours ago Kolo is on the ground for so much of the game it looks like he’s playing Nightcrawlers instead of football. I’d like to see how the guards do with a half decent C. Eli, Vibert, some American, whoever. That’s the swap that needs to be made before anything else. At least get someone there who isn’t physically dominated constantly, I can deal with the odd communication mishap or rookie mistake. rebusrankin, wbbfan and Piggy 1 2 1

Throw in an unspeakable horror taking place on November 16th (potentially) and you get this. Agreed they should have gone all out this year because the cup is here rather focus on past success to fill the seats. It was an arrogant move by management JohnnyAbonny 1

That doesn't seem like a recipe for success. This is pro football. If they don't show anything then they should be gone. You give them a few games, yes but that's it. Sink or swim. Find the next guy. 30 minutes ago, sportmentary2012 said: Agreed they should have gone all out this year because the cup is here rather focus on past success to fill the seats. Goalie Posted 7 hours ago Report Posted 7 hours ago Eli been around longer than kolo. Sink or swim time.
