Goalie Posted 19 hours ago Report Posted 19 hours ago Bow time we suck cuz football is built in the trenches and right now our trenches are manned by the taliban who look like just the average guy and get so excited when they actually do something the average person watching the war online starts relating to them. Kolo for example, I can snap like that and block nobody. That’s like the dude blowing up the tank accidentally then cheering that he did. Inspiring but the problem is the rest of the league is the USA army and they coming in and blowing us away. We bringing knives to a gun fight with our O and D lines.
JuranBoldenRules Posted 19 hours ago Report Posted 19 hours ago 5 minutes ago, Mark H. said: The Riders mostly scored because of turnovers that happened in scoring range. You can't expect a D to do more than hold them to field goals, when that happens. Bottom line: a QB who can't trust his protection, is not going to do well protecting the football. Yeah but I don't think you're winning a Grey Cup with a D that hardly makes any plays at or behind the line of scrimmage or comes up with those big turnovers themselves. This team could be a 11-12 win team with a tremendous offense and this D. Would struggle to beat other top teams. But with a sputtering offense probably a 8-9 win team. Ok so what the **** is Pokey supposed to do different? He's got multiple guys on him.and the ball is thrown to him and not ahead of him. I know you're a collaros apologist, but they weren't a receiver doing something wrong, they were balls they dbs had a chance at. The one before half especially shouldn't have been thrown. Situational awareness dictates a turnover is the worst case Ontario. And further to that.... collaros has thrown those exact same interceptions a million times this season. He's forcing plays without having the ability to put those balls where only the receiver can catch it. It's not a new thing Booch, rkp and Piggy 1 2 1

Lawson blew his knee out in camp. Lawson is a good player. None of these guys are difference makers. Where are our American star players? We have camps full of duds 3 years straight. He picked up a fumble so everyone saw his nameplate. So, even though the Americans are bad as you say we replace them with a Canadian who is worse.

No, a Grey Cup is not even in conversation. But they are not the reason for the last 2 losses. The biggest reason is the OL, as you've been saying for weeks. There are changes that could be made there... Noeller and Piggy 1 1 1
17to85 Posted 19 hours ago Report Posted 19 hours ago You know what the most damping thing about the roster usage is? Corcoran gets WAY more playing time on offense than either of the linebackers we picked high get on defense. So why the **** didn't we take Corcoran first? Seems to me the simple solution is play your best Canadians first and fill in other pieces around them i don't believe for a second that we do that. rebusrankin and SpeedFlex27 2

Well you don't build a roster from scratch every year. But they should turn the WIL spot into a Canadian one because it's not like the Americans they are using there are making any plays.

If we don't get a first down we punt it away so the Riders have a long field to work with. That was a Hogan call. It was dumb. Hogan had already gave up on the running game. Piggy 1 and 17to85 1 1

Collaros wasnt playing great but at least he was able to run some plays inside the SSK 45 yard line. Looking at the play by play in the second half the offense had a 0 yard run by Brady at the 40 and Streveler threw a pick scrimmaging from the 43. Noeller, rebusrankin and Piggy 1 2 1
