Well likely all 3 of the mafia approved. But conspiracy theory it was all O’Shea. But it’s not. They have made it clear it’s a 3 headed operation.

ahhh...nope wrong there...A HC has full control of who he hires/wants....and if not given that liberty would not accept the job....Thats a fact not conspiracy...That goes as well as who is on his roster...he will get input from his assistants but he alone makes final deision

Because he just doesn’t seem to have the skills. They don’t even let him try really. Says it all. Dude is a good short yardage guy but he’s not future starter.

he has best arm of any qb we have in camp....prob best pocket presence as well and the onions to stand in and let things develop for a pass more than 5 yards....guy needs reps and opportunity.....much like any young QB..

He just needs live work to see how things develop...experience on how teams do things...which is understandable....but to say he has shown nothing and has had a chance is totally false

Head coaches pick their staff that's kind of the whole deal.

I've said it before, osh deserves a statue outside the stadium, but it's looking like his ideas are old and stale and if he doesn't adapt then serious questions need to be asked about his future.

Correct....no HC would take a job if he didn't have full carte Blanche to pick his assistants....if you wanna experience the Glieberman experience with owners/g.m meddling...well you see the results of that

Everything that is going on here is fully at the feet of the HC.....

Agreed. Streveler seems to be a lost cause. Perhaps a trade to Hamilton for Powell. I dunno. Change of scenery. Hamilton likes Tuas brother so maybe a change for Strev and Powell would be beneficial. I mean I think he’s a guy I’d go after in the off season anyways so Just why not expedite the process if you can. Now.

They liked Tualia so much they cut him earlier this year.

This is most reasonable (and one agree with) "Fire O'Shea" take I've seen on this site... Look at how Dickensen has adapted in Calgary... not saying we need to fire O'Shea now... but he obviously needs to do better

How long do you give him to adapt though? Dickenson started out losing 2 straight grey cups, won 1, then then didn't make it to the conference finals for 4 straight years before bottoming out and missing the playoffs last year. That is ALOT of rope.

I agree with you... and I don't know the answer to that question... but I think we need to start seeing some changes before the rope should be extended too much...

he's had the last 2 yrs at minimum to adapt....and thats giving him some benefit of the doubt and some rope from past success

But he has shown either no ability...or no desire to unless forced to...be it injury or a lil gentle suggestion from above....to me that says you get what you see, and an old stubborn war horse such as that...at this juncture in his career isn't gonna change....so it's time to say thanks for all the good things...being a huge part of the resurrection here....but time to say goodbye and we will honor you accordingly in the near future

based on last 3 grey cups....and 2024 and this season to date...we are a .500 ball club....and we aint currently trending up...we trending down....

and save for that 2024 Montreal miracle fluke of biblical proportions...we sub .500

Thats 30 games

I get the point you’re trying to make, but that’s pretty creative math. If you start from the 2023 Grey Cup, we’re 16-13 playoffs inclusive.

At least the Bombers are winning at the box office.

Sep. 27th looks like a virtual sellout already as well. The last Sask game looks easily do-able. Only question mark will be the final game...if it matters in the standings I bet we sellout the entire season. Can you imagine the hype for a home Grey Cup game if we were actually good?

The offseason and performance of the team so far coinciding with this level of fan enthusiasm in a Grey Cup year feels like an all time fumble.

True...so we a 500 club last 3 playoffs inluding 22'..not sure why you wanted to start in 23'...not good enough...500 club this yr...and trending down...badly

Really should have been 10-8 last yr without that gift from God

So I guess 17-15...still...not good enough when the repeat reasons for failure keep occuring
