Like any given snap there's 4-5 guys just not doing anything useful at all, blowing assignments, unwilling to block when it's clearly crucial to the whole play.

What do you call though?  Calgary is basically taking away the vertical passing game.  So if we're not going to break tackles and/or block, we're not going to move the ball.

In order to adjust he’d have to believe what he’s doing isn’t working and some thing else would. But we all know it’s all on the players he’s flawless.

It’s the entirety of his offense.  Quick lateral passes where you’re hoping receivers make someone miss and can stay ahead of the chains.  Unfortunately, there’s nothing and no one in this offense that forces a D to play off .. teams don’t respect what we do because any talent we have is burried behind an abysmal offensive line, lacklustre receivers and play calling that does NOTHING to make things better.

Well if that's their attitude that's a much bigger problem in terms of who is in the building.  A lot of these guys aren't going to get other shots if they show basically nothing.  If they don't have pride in their own performance their careers won't be long.

Like if we cut a Wheatfall, maybe someone picks him up if they have injuries.  He's not starting anywhere else.  UFL for $55,000 USD I guess.
