one or both could roll this yr too with an epic flop again...12 yrs is a longtime

No one is getting fired after this year, especially if they have a good regular season record. They still have lots of rope.

Idk. At this point I have no clue what the lines are for the upper brass to pull the trigger.
I do see some guys In the new hires who are on the come up though. I think the front office is as well situated as it’s been in a while. The coaching staff is too.

I find it odd osh and walters are still unsigned...and Miller can be a hard ass and has no problems making those tough decisions...overall the organization top to bottom is in great shape.  A coaching or G.M change won't upset the apple cart

The risk is that you end up with a coach or gm that does upset the apple cart.

It’s been the norm that most re ups once his deal expires but doesn’t go to un signed. Walters it doesn’t seem usual. Think it might’ve happened once so far.

Doubt it...the upper management knows better than to hire a clown again

Had Osh ever signed a contract early? It's always late. The only way anyone is going anywhere is if they choose to leave, which is absolutely possible, too.

I don't think either had ever gone into season without a new deal...could be wrong...

Hamilton would kill to have O'Shea.

But sometimes mistakes happen... it's safer to stick with the status quo because losing in the grey cup is the 2nd best outcome to a season.

I think it’s safe to say the love fest with coach o is over. He’s failed up. way up. That team has been worse coached ever year since June junes stepped aside. That was a real mistake.

could you imagine him in hammy though lol some old fans would blow a gasket.

Status quo has essentially cost us 3 cups

Nostalgia can be powerful.

Yeah but making changes for losing grey cups in the past has led the team into a hole they were lucky to dig out of.

I'm not saying keep osh forever, just that he has more rope because while winning the cup is the ultimate goal, being in the game is a better result than most teams get.

100% they have. I remember after 21(I think) 3down was drooling over where Mos would end up. He was basically already gone to TO.

let’s play 2 Canadian defensive tackles when we don’t need to, even though one of them is 53 years old and had diarrhea all week

and dress a 3rd who does nothing that I can see... meanwhile our 34 year old DE is gassed already and totally useless but no backup to be seen.
