For those of us who have worked a long time (30+ yrs) in “the field”, it does not give us free reign to be disrespectful, under the guise of using black humour as an earned coping mechanism.

I said the majority, not everyone in the field are top end. No matter the vocation, there’s always ‘that guy’ that ruins it for everyone,
