    What’s the wording on that? Can they challenge PI and have the CC call IC, or does it have to be specifically challenged as IC?

    Which by definition isn't a penalty because the ball wasn't catchable.

    Looks like Bonds had a hand *on* him and Lewis made a savvy move to feign being physically pulled back
