As great as a kick returner that Gizmo was, I think that Janarion's return was just as comparable to any of Gizmos.  Why Gizmo had to specify that "I don’t think it’d be better than mine" after saying “It’d be ranked in there" sounded very egotistical.  There have been a lot of great kick returns throughout the years.  I'm sure they were just as great, if not "better than mine", Gizmo. 

This was Grants first career touch to start his college career....Pretty good start

Not to mention his first Bomber game...

One of the first things I think about with Gizmo is that he didn’t take one back on Bob Cameron until way late in his career. 

Forgot the only reason they brought Grant in was because Lucky got hurt.

Lucky had an incredible first game, then got hurt, so we bring in Grant and he has a ridiculous first game. It was just nuts how they were able to keep finding these guys...

hahaha...I thought the exact same thing!

Dedmonds return vs Montreal in 2019 is also up there in talks of greatest. I was quite young during the Gizmo days, phenomenal returner and one of the best but, Janarions is up there with the best if they're doing a VS Gizmo.

Kick off and punt returns are a majorly important and very exciting part of the Canadian game. No fair catch creates fun.

Even more nuts to me that we had both these guys on the roster at one point and would still send out Charles Nelson to return kicks.   That guy was not good.  Lol 

Gizmo had 31 returns for TDs called back. Giz is the greatest. Grant though is very good as well. I'm glad he's on our side.

That is an amazing stat. I wonder out of those 31 infractions, how many had nothing to do with it being called back,
