Prediction Bombers 66 - Argos 7

 

 

 

Argos have run a solid O game plan. D is stopping them but getting zero zero zero help from the O and special teams. The D scored a TD for us even. I have a hard time blaming the D when our O has had the ball for 13 minutes. 

Collaros. Buck.  Even Lawler dropping balls. 4 first downs lol  

Watching the movement in the Argo backfield......and the lack of it, with ours...

Quite honestly this is the same offence that we have shown in the first two games. Only difference is the defence has given up more points. Dinwiddie and his coaching staff have simply come up with a better play structure and they are executing. How many passes have we dropped? We have no running game and Toronto made adjustments where we did not.

We almost never leave him in the middle. He's constantly trying to scrape to the ball from behind the play.

His gap coverage seems not to be in sync with Bighill... reminds me a bit of Labbe days where he just needed an extra step

That being said, Dinwiddie and Jackson are calling a great game - playing the running game that I've been wanting to see from Winnipeg for a long time

There's a sentiment that "Yeah the reffing is horrible but it doesn't matter because the Bombers are playing poorly". To me, hell yes it matters.

Why do I continue to watch this garbage? The bombers are playing like they don't give a ****- so why the **** should I?

I'm just sayin' our last visit to TO was a wake up call for this team in 2019. Maybe an L here isn't so bad.

You're right the Argos could recover 4 more of their own fumbles.

So tell oliviera to stay down next time after that unnecessary hit and the refs should call a penalty because he was hurt.. if BA got a 15 for his.  That there should be also no?

Yeah, so? you are not the only one. 

We’ve run about 4 plays since the 2nd quarter that tell me we’re even aware that TO’s entire game plan today is to zone blitz the hell out of Collaros, otherwise basically no adjustments which tells us the game plan wasn’t ready for this.
