Crazy what is going on in Minnesota right now.  The States is such a huge mess right now.

The population of the USA is comprised of (as of 2016) 61.27% of White people, 17.79% of Latinos, and 13.31% Black people. So yeah, there should be more White people shot by cops. The ratio should be roughly 6:1 - it isn't. It's closer to 2:1. 

In 2017, 457 White people, 223 Black people and 179 Hispanic people were shot and killed by police officers. That does not reflect the  61.27%/13.31%/17.79% ratio at all... there is a HUGE discrepancy in police shootings....

After looking at some government studies, a couple of other things that stood out to me:

Black people shot by police were more likely to be unarmed than white people were & the fatality rate for blacks was nearly 3 times higher than for whites.

These numbers don't even include incidents like this one, since it didn't involve a shooting.  Just I guess at the moment but I'd bet expanded numbers that include non-shooting deaths make the numbers even worse.

Peaceful protests have been hijacked by people who have a totally different agenda, they seek violence and destruction and want to take advantage of the situation..............this is not going away anytime soon

The Whitehoods have gained control of gov't and and tearing everything down.

 

Where's our resident Whitehoods to Trumpsplain everything to us?

The only way real change will happen is if Trump is defeated in November along with his lapdog GOP governors who follow his every move.  If they all  get back in then it will be status quo for another 4 years with blacks & police. .

trump is a symptom of the issues... voting him out won't change that.

Yeah people can talk about this bubbling under the surface in America for ever, and that's 100% true. However the current administration actively encourages that bigotry and racism and is actively emboldening these **** heels. That's a huge problem. These people need to be shamed into changing their ways or at least shamed into hiding their true feelings. Not told by the president that they are very fine people.
