Week 10: Ottawa Here Friday - - O vs D

QB Harris came within 1 completed reception of tying a CFL record for most passes completed ever against a weak Alouette defense

The Bomber defense carried the day against Hamilton while our offense was erratic. Throwing long bombs seemed to be an exercise in futility....

Friday's game may prove more difficult than playing either Edmonton or Calgary

Ottawa is hot ... so are we

Can you show us on this doll, where the bad defensive coordinator touched you?

I would hardly say Ottawa is 'hot' right now - they barely won against the Als last night, and the week before imploded against Toronto. They are also only .500 on the road thus far. Edmonton and Calg

You know, this agenda of yours against Hall is getting pretty old.  Hamilton scored 23 points.  Overall this year, we are second overall in points against.  We average 21.25 points against per game so

After his performance last game, I agree. Petermann has earned it, however, that's not the way O'Shea rolls.

The Hurl syndrome.  Chronic with no known cure developed so far.

Wouldn't this be more of a lapo decision tho? I mean he is the OC.

As others have said, that fumble in the EDM game was a killer... however every player fumbles sometimes - it happens. That's not what bothered me about that play... what bothered me was he kept the ball in his inside hand whilst making that return, that is what made it inexcusable. It's a huge mental error, and as a regular kickoff returner (or former regular kickoff returner), he knows better.

I guess Andrew Harris doing the same thing last game is also unforgivable. I know the Bombers are having a good season when this stuff is the debate rather than when to pin the tail on the coach.

Harris also handles the ball 15 to 20 times a game..not quite the same scenario...and is also a proven reliable performer

Harris has something like 150 touches thus far with one lost fumble. Lankford has 4 last game with a fumble. Wee difference.

2 fumbles

and 8 TD's....720 yards rushing and close to 300 receiving...and is the engine of the offence...Lankford is maybe a Washer Fluid container at this point..there if you need it but you can do without

If Wilson doesn't go out of bounds on his own he recovers it tho so yeah.

I would argue that if Rankford was carrying the ball in his outside hand (as he should), it likely would've gone out of bounds anyways, which would've made the fumble Bombers ball.
