I enjoy how this thread was completely derailed from the get-go by the thread title.

The Als have talent on offence but they need a QB. Without one, all the talent is wasted.

Shiltz is better then Willy...  but he still isn't nearly good enough.    Willy had a few plays where he had time to throw... held onto it to long.

Goltz could at least run, just couldn't pass.  Doesn't appear Schiltz has any plus abilities, he's just kinda out there trying to move the ball and getting cranked.
