October 31, 20169 yr I think the one thing that saved Burmi was his defensive play. I'm not sure PoMo can afford to have him in the line-up anymore. I think Burmi sits until he's moved or forced into action through injury. Of course, I can never predict what the Jets are going to do.

He can ask for arbitration, at which point the Jets could walk away and he would be a UFA.

November 1, 20169 yr No. Dano does not. Burmi and Dano had some chemistry last year so I'd sit Thorbs and go Tanev Burmi Dano. Honestly it's the 4th line..not gonna be out there putting up goals but..can't be costing them either. Burmi Is in until little is back and then either traded (doubt it, he's worth nothing) or waived to the Moose or press boxed. If he's still a jet at the end of the year they probably don't qualify him and he becomes a ufa.
