From what I've heard, it's a pretty weak draft year. Pretty telling that there's a TE in the top 10 prospects. The last game I saw was the 2011 Vanier when I stumbled (literally) into BC place with free tickets. I'll keep my eyes open for the guys playing in the states. Starting to see guys getting drafted into major north american sports leagues from CIS. Way better direction then the cop out to DII that Simor Fraser did. Point of attack Posted September 15, 2016 Report Share Posted September 15, 2016 The irony of a weak draft is ,theoretically at least , there will be less interest from NFL teams making more borderline picks likely to attend CFL camps. I would add that maybe we've been a little spoiled by the quality in recent drafts and this group will look a whole lot better after the months leading up to the draft.
