If IGF held 50,000 cuz there is gonna be no temp seating here at all, Perhaps bomber ticket holders get dibs But when you think about it... 14000 season ticket holders, probably just as many for sponsors and hold backs... thats 28000 and i'm being somewhat conservative here in my guesses, 5500 left to sell. How do you decide which bomber ticket holders get dibs? when the bombers probably gonna have over 20,000 plus season ticket holders? There will be some tickets left over for people on the wait list for sure... how much? who knows, but i doubt it's that much even. Maybe 2000 tix to be distributed to wait list members and that's fair cuz this is a jets regular season home game. It's just being played outside. And reality, outside of the rent the bombers are getting, they don't have anything to do with it at all.

I'd pay the money to watch it there if i could but i'm not a season ticket holder so its very unlikely i can get tickets. Keep in mind, the capacity is just gonna be 33500, it's not 40,000 plus or 50,000 plus like in edmonton or calgary. That plays a role in who gets dibs. Lets just add this, This game isn't a special event, it's a regular season game being played outdoors, Ok it is a special event because it's being played outside but it's part of the regular season schedule, so 1 of the 40 something home games the Jets play will be played at IGF... It's game like 15 of the season, Why don't bomber ticket holders get dibs? Because, it's a regular season game... the 14000 or so Jets ticket holders get dibs because if this game wasn't happening outside, it would be played at MTS Centre.

Not sure how concession works. It's an NHL event, NHL will probably get most of the "revenue" from the JETS vs Oilers game on the Sunday. People need to get it out of their head that the bombers actually have anything to do with it, they really don't. Yeah they are renting the stadium out but that's where it ends really.

Bombers will probably get 1 million dollars for renting the stadium out to the NHL. Ticket prices? Well, if the game in Calgary is any indication, 350-600 bucks a pop. Why should bomber ticket holders get dibs? This is an NHL event.. Corporate sponsors get dibs, Jets ticket holders get dibs and if any is left over, it goes to Jets waiting list members. Watch the interview with Chipman on the Jets site, i watched it on twitter but he explains lots of these things. No temp stands, 335000 is capacity.

Bombers have nothing to do with the game at all, The NHL rents the stadium from the Bombers, Thats all the bombers will get. This is an NHL event. It has nothing to do with the Bombers at all, they are just renting the stadium for a few days. Bombers just get that fee. That's it. The Jets Oilers game, that revenue goes to the NHL, the alumni game, that revenue goes to the JETS for the most part. Bombers get let's just say 1 million dollars to rent the stadium out. Nothing more. NHL will make the ticket prices along with the JETS but this is an NHL event, nothing to do with the bombers at all. Should i say it one more time lol? Bobby Hull and Anders Hedberg and the other Swede will be the coaches. From the WHA era. Not a season ticket holder so hopefully my dads work gets seats lol but I doubt that many of us on here will be going. I'll be watching on TV tho for sure.

Why do you think Tkachuk is good? Cuz his dad was? He's not his dad. There are about 6 or 7 guys who the jets would take ahead of Tkachuk. He's also a lw and with Ehlers Connor Perreault Lemieux.. he's not really needed. I wouldn't be happy if a d man or dubois were there with Tkachuk when we picked and we took him. He's not Keith. He's a lw that isn't needed. If his name was Matthew Black would you still want him?

Scheif has been dominating tho. He's very good. Different eras tho. As for fancy stats with Stuart.... his numbers were pretty good with Stuart 2. Not sure if you realize how much of an anchor Stuart is. Trouba has been good. Points aren't all that matters to d men. I'd be somewhat surprised if the Jets don't invite some of the WHA jets to come play.... if they can cuz you can bet your ass that our 3rd jersey will be a tribute to our WHA days. I'd be OK with struggling for a year if we got Patrick but I don't think the Jets are as bad as they appear to be. Goaltending is a huge issue right now. With helle next year it shouldn't be. PK has been an issue. PP. Fix those and this team gets better.

Barzal and Connor fell last year also. Roslovic might have been ranked 40th but at that point of the draft they are all similar. Some had roslovic going to Montreal the pick after us.
