Washington is ok but ok isn't good enough. He's the one dB along with Bucknor who I'd replace for sure. Ok but not good. Average really. He's an average player who I'm not sure would get picked up by another team when we don't sign him.

RyJo isn't even worth much right now. That's a massive overpayment. Little straight up or nothing really. 6 million to qualify a guy who has questionable work ethic and no heart. Do people ever think... why is cbj considering trading him? Probably cuz like Kane... he's not worth the hassle. Guy is totally not a true north type of player. And when considering trades remember that Winnipeg is not exactly a destination of choice for most guys... most players have no trade clause or a list of teams he won't accept a trade 2... winnipeg is on that list 99 percent of the time. That's why Hamonic saying he pretty much wants to be trades here is a big deal...cuz nobody wants too. The reality of being back in the nhl sucks Jets won't build through trades. .. they will build through drafting and developing. Might as well just accept it.

I dunno. Maurice Def takes some of the blame. Ladd getting more minutes than Scheif is on the coach. The penalties they keep taking... on the coach.... I don't think Maurice is on the hot seat.... I think some players are but.... Maurice is a .500 career coach. He's not exactly blameless. I think tho the core got 1 coach fired.... a couple will be traded b4 another one is. He also tho kept around the assistant coaches too. Maurice isn't perfect.... he's average. But he's not on the hot seat yet. The talent? Lol. Maybe it's the systems. Maybe Maurice talks a good talk but takes no action so some players have tuned him out. I think its possible and I think you will see a few core players moved first. If that don't work.... yeah Maurice will be fired too. 500 career coach.

Lowry was playing the Wing... so the guy they bring up will be a winger... My best guess would be because the Jets are tanking... lol, hali or fraser but... more likely, Armia,De Leo (who can play both wing and center) or Petan.

The Moose young players are actually pretty good, it's the Vets that have sucked... Cormier,Albert,Hali,Fraser,Raffl.... they have sucked. Check out the stats, the young guys are leading the way... the vets are nowhere to be found. There's a reason Raffl never got an NHL sniff until he was 29 and theres a reason why it was the Jets who gave him that sniff, nobody else thought he was worth it. He's not. He was a nice camp story, good for him but... he can't stay healthy and he's almost 30. There is no future for Raffl. Next year at this time, he will back in Austria or wherever he came from.

As for the PP, well, that's an even easier solution... wait for it... wait for it.... wait for it........ SHOOT THE DAMN PUCK. Stop pretending you are the harlem fricking globetrotters on ice and realize what you are and start shooting the damn puck more. That simple. That's how you fix the PP... shoot the damn puck more. Stop being so fancy.. I'm starting to think some of our players and judging by the apparent contract demands of ladd and buff, i think some of our players think they are actually legit superstars like Ovechkin Crosby,Malkin, Tarasenko... Seguin,Benn types... I think some of our players feel they are at those players level when they aren't even a level below them.... so they try to get all fancy and instead of shooting the puck, which usually results in goals and or at least scoring chances, they try to dipsy doodle and make the crowd go "OHHHHHHH" yet... a shot from the point of the slot resulting in a goal... well, it's the same thing.

Not sure why anyone who has been watching them play this year would be shocked by this, Lowry has regressed badly... it's very obvious and noticeable... He's just not the same player he was last year, I'd suspect he took the off-season a bit lightly, probably didn't put in the work. This one tho must hurt POMO, Lowry is his BFF, i mean, in training camp POMO was wanting Lowry to play with Ladd and Little.... Not sure who has been the bigger disappointment this season, Lowry or Burmi... Not including rookies cuz expectations should be lower for rookies. Burmi hasn't been good, Neither has Lowry..I'd suspect if they could send Burmi down to the Moose, they would but he requires waivers and Lowry does not, Can't send Copp down, He's played really really well. Should try him on the third line with Ehlers.

Burmi is a good PK'r tho, he's not really the problem. It's the passive box they play that is the problem, be more aggressive, stop standing around and do something about it, go after the puck.... get it the hell out of the zone... this passive let's watch the other team pass it around constantly box is so 1980's. Put Burmi out there with Wheeler, Play Copp on the PK also, maybe play Perreault or Stafford with him, why not... try something different. However, it's really irrelevant who they have on the ice if the keep playing this passive box crap.

The PP isn't really that big of an issue, it's the PK that is really killing them. Like POMO said in his PC today, there have been teams who ranked 30th in PP during the regular season win the stanley cup, I personally don't think that's exactly true but... teams near the bottom on the PP for sure, It's the PK that really matters. If you are having to score 2 or 3 PP guys a night to win a game, you don't deserve to win. Look at last night... 4-3 final right.... Jets 0 for 2 on the PP St Louis = 2 for 3 That's the difference, it's not the 0 for on the Jets that's the difference, it's the 2 PP goals by St Louis that is, Our PK sucks and until it improves... fun fact, if St Louis goes 0 for 3 on the PP, we win 3-2. The difference isn't the PP, it's the PK and last nights game, well, I don't think theres a better example out there that shows you that the PK makes all the difference in the WORLD... we outscored St Louis, who is a damn good team 3-2 5 vs 5.... Stay out of the damn box, or kill these penalties off and we win. The bigger problem is the taking of these penalties.... yeah some are weak, actually lowrys and the extra minor to scheif were both BS and weak calls, but... guess what, you don't take those penalties and we win the game... It's really that simple. Stay out of the box, Jets have a target on their back, they should realize that they aren't allowed to get away with what other teams are, yeah it's BS but... it is what it is. Time for the Jets to stop the bitching and complaining about the penalties and quite simply put, STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BOX.

It's obvious watching Lowry on the ice that speed is not one of his main attributes, He's as slow as slow can be, he was last year too, just not as slow. I'd suspect he got somewhat complacent, starting reading the headlines a bit too much, went to his head.. He won't be brought up by Friday but somebody will have to be. I'd love to see Chase De Leo brought up, guy has played quite well for the Moose and deserves a chance but if i had to guess, because it's POMO and he loves his veterans, Halischuk or Fraser cuz you know... Youth Movement. If it's De Leo or Armia, good. If it's an older player like Hali or Fraser, Well, what's the point. They have both been awful with the Moose. If the idea is to add speed to your lineup, then De Leo or Armia are my best guess. If it's not, then who knows. Raffl is a lost cause, he should be tearing up the AHL but he isn't, he's struggling big time. He's 29 and has very little upside. Yeah he was a nice training camp story but that's all he ever will be. He's not good.
