I also very much enjoyed it... the fun was that we kind of all knew what was going to happen... so we were looking for little things that would tip it off... but he blew our minds... When the curtain came down and he was hooded and tied tight in a straight jacket... we knew that was no longer him... but then where did he go? ... how did he escape from center field with no one noticing?... how did the guy replacing in the box disappear? .... how did he get up to the rum hut so fast?... I'm curious to know how he did it... but there is some fun in the unknown

this is the same thing we said about BC last year... their plan was to cheap out at QB and load up on other skill positions.... so either it works out and they're on the hook for paying the QB (which they would've had he not gone to the NFL)... or it doesn't... Toronto has to win it all this year for the plan to work out

agreed... I said this at the end of last season about both Jeffcoat and Wilson... love both those players... one could argue they were the two front runners for the Bombers MODP nominee in the first 4-5 games last year... Jeffcoat was arguably the best defensive player in the GC (on either side of the field)... but as is becoming far too common, injuries ruined all of that... and how long can you rely on guys that are constantly injured?

It pains me to agree with this statement... because Jeffcoat is such a meaningful player... but at some point, that loses meaning when you can only rely on him for 6-8 games a season

I agree with was a weird penalty… and I’d be willing to wager not a single person on this board knew it existed… however, the one thing I found telling was I looked down at the Hammy bench after that call thinking they’d be livid… neither Reinboldt nor Steinhauer were complaining and the bench was calm… which led me to believe they agreed it was a legitimate call

Don’t forget… Lawler had one of the best OPIs ever in the 21 GC… loss of down on that one is a turn over, not 3 points… without that play, we might not have won
