Lapo needs to start using Normand a little more in pass protection as Edm. does with McCarty, most of the sacks have come with multiple blitzers coming and only Harris in the backfield.

Kelly was a good O.C./assistant coach under Cal Murphy, obviously he didn't have the personal skills or the acumen to handle the big job. -
As long as Dressler is out, Coates gets the roster spot to hold for Medlock. JFG is doing his job so unless injured I doubt we will see any of Wolitarsky this year.
-
Hurl was two years ago, can't remember how it transpired but he may have started once Wild was injured.
-
Briggs is back, removing Santos Knox from the lineup will allow them to dress Flanders when Dressler returns.
-
It would have been absolutely perfect if Jones threw his only challenge flag on the play. This play from a few years back is still my all time Rider favourite.
-
It amazes me that Loffler has stayed healthy as long as he has, if they had him in the box all the time that might not be the case. I think once Wild comes back Hurl will be adequate as long as Leggett is on the other side.
-
Not to complain but my tear bucket is growing so low, I'm thinking of donating it to some needy Rider fan who can put it to good use.

The Bombers have never beaten Collaros so it's time to start another new trend.
-
You forget that in Reilly's first two years in Edm. they were as bad or almost as bad as the Bombers so it hasn't been continuous.
-
Added a couple of years ago to make the game more exciting, apparently it works.

That was last years fool, they have a new one in town now. -
I don't know about that, nothing worse then expecting them to perform well and they don't.
-
Sounds good but why not do this seamlessly and avoid time delaying reviews? As the goal is to turn over only egregious errors the C.C. should be able to spot those within 10-15 secs. get in the refs. ear and keep play moving.

I like the parabolic mikes they use for the Argo games to enhance crowd noise as they pick up a lot of unfiltered sounds off the field but probably not viable in any other stadium due to "real" crowd noise.

Look for Popp to go QB shopping soon.
-
Ray looked like Willy there and now he's injured.
-
So....TSN is not going to show us P.I. penalty replays anymore?
-
Apparently it's fumble ball in T.O. tonight.

That's nutz.

Week 6 fines announced. One for Ackie and one for Logan for flapping his gums about the play on social media. Oh yea, one for Westerman for his classic eye-poke. Four players fined following Week 6 Thursday, August 3, 2017 — TORONTO (August 3, 2017) -- The Canadian Football League (CFL) announced today: Montreal Alouettes defensive back Chris Ackie was fined for a high hit on Winnipeg Blue Bombers quarterback Matt Nichols. Montreal Alouettes running back Stefan Logan was fined for comments that were critical of officiating following last week’s game against Winnipeg. Winnipeg Blue Bombers defensive end Jamaal Westerman was fined for unnecessary roughness on Montreal Alouettes offensive lineman Luc Brodeur-Jourdain. BC Lions offensive lineman Kelvin Palmer was fined for an unnecessary hit to a vulnerable player (Odell Willis) in the game against the Edmonton Eskimos. As per league policy, the amount of the player fines was not disclosed. https://press.cfl.ca/player-discipline-week-6-119018# -
Oh Bear, you shouldn't ought to have said that. Messam doesn't need extra motivation to dance upon the head of a card carrying member of Duck Dynasty, I bet he hates that show.
-
Bombers do not usually do well against Ottawa unless they play their 3rd string backups.
-
Bombers better equip. for sarin gas come Labour Day, anything is possible.

Your word for the day is "epiphany".
