Riders fined another 5 grand
Some people who work for professional organizations/associations put a caveat on their twitter declaring tweets are their own and don't necessarily reflect that of any organization they are affiliated with. I went on his page and he doesn't seem to mention that. If he had, would it still be appropriate to fine him?

Most of those 33, 000 fans were roughrider fans generating revenue for the league. Sheesh.

That would be cool. It would be even more cool if that indeed happens and they win the Lord Stanley Cup this year. I can hear the chants now, 'Patrick, Patrick, Patrick' :-)

Stamps/Riders who you pullin for?
From the guy who doesn't believe in handshakes after the game. Wow. Is it a classy move not to give DD a chance to respond?

OK, it IS Willy ...
I guess where I'm ultimately coming from is I still haven't thrown in the towel with Drew Willy.

Okay I hope so. Because if not, throw it in the pile of why I can't stomach the argos. The other random thought I had a couple of days ago was in relation to always responding to Kapt Crunch's argument that we should be CFL fans first then our team. To that I say, I hate, and will always hate, all other teams BUT I'm a fan of certain individual non-Bomber players and coaches. For example, I'm a huge Zach Collaros Chip Cox Coach Anthony Cavillo fan . . .

The however part for me it sure does feel good that we have Willy to come in if necessary. Depth, Depth, Depth.

Donald Trump
Yes but the problem here is he's leaving little room for spin.

This is a perfect example that Coaches don't always take experience over rookies . . .

Starting Receivers
Totally disagree. He was lights on against Edm until he got hurt. Staying healthy is his issue, he's still one of the best receivers in this league by far imo.

Totally agree, got to give him a chance to work it out, it's more of figuring out when that chance to work it out is taking too long. For example, looking back at the tape of last nights game, in hindsight would SM say he should have pulled Kilgore maybe end of 3rd quarter?

Fair enough though could keep arm warm while watching, Sometimes I think they don't actually have the proper mind set when their on the field and needs to be reset by coming off for a few series. But do understand the risks you highlighted in doing so. That's why the great coaches get the big bucks.

I was in that boat as well. Finding that line when you need to pull the QB versus let him work it out is where Coaches earn their salary. I still think bringing the starter to the sidelines for a couple of series to reset himself and watch the game from a different view isn't done enough imo.

Giving MOS an out
Absolutely that happens, good point however in this scenario you present management, with Coach'd influence, still had the choice of signing the vet unless of course the Vet had unreasonable requests in being resigned. In other words they weren't forced to start the rookie, they still had the choice not to start the rookie.
