Agreed. Raging over the D is misplaced today in my opinion. Our most expensive kicker of all time was hired for this situation. He failed. It is what it is

Yeah I agree. I'm not defending our soft D, but this offense often takes really untimely 2 and outs. Even on the medlock kick we lost 2-3 yards on the hand off to Harris.
Medlock wears the goat horns today, not Hall, imo

I like them together too. Big fan of Ehlers-Scheif-Laine, personally. Also they could be our top line for the next 8 years so why not let them grow together?
Then a solid veteran line of Perreault(when he's not hurt) - Little - Wheeler. I always thought the veterans had good chemistry together. Then Connor moves up to veteran line when there's an injury.
Everyone has really high hopes for Roslo, but I just don't have the same optimism yet. It's not like he's wrecked the AHL, like Connor has. But at this point I don't think it would hurt to try. We need him to develop into a third liner for sure. -

I don't know them personally but I have def heard of them! They renamed the bridge after ancestor granddad grimsi. Now that's an Icelandic name if I ever heard one: grimsi grimolfson lol

EXACTLY. This team has no identity. You watch teams with inferior talent like ottawa sans karlsson, heck even Vegas play a PERFECT system and skate hard, finish checks, pass tape to tape. We have nothing. A Soft pressureless PK, a PP that gives up the puck with any bit of pressure. Defense where everyone just runs around in circles.

I though Burnett played great in relief last year. Just made plays. I remember him coming in for an injured wild against saskabush and immediately had an awesome knockdown and then a nice stop.
He's only a 1990 guy, so still plenty young. He had a high ceiling, imo
