  1. He probably got tired of playing musical chairs in the line up. He probably should/could get another chance on another CFL roster.
  2. If it was in Ottawa I'd say we win by about a touchdown but since we're at home we should win by two scores plus. This team's mental toughness has got a lot better in the last year or so.. But if we can't beat Ottawas third string QB we really don't deserve a home playoff game so I fully expect us to take this one by 14 plus.
  3. The way I see it is we have the best offense in the league, the best special teams, and we create the most turnovers. We absolutely have a shot as GC contenders.
  4. I want first place and it's not out of sight. First round bye and home field advantage would be huge.
  5. WAIT how does Masoli have the CFL record for my consecutive completions with (23). He's actually pretty damn terrible.
  6. Bridge was pretty good. Can't argue with 3 touchdown passes, and not turning the ball over. He did enough to win. Although as a team if they played against a good QB they would have been in trouble.
  7. Doesn't surprise me about Johnson. Because he's so small teams always try the jump ball against him, but in his defense he's been pretty good this season. Obviously still athletic enough to beat those big receivers to the ball.
  8. This is true. We've only allowed 10 less points than Hamilton on defense all season. Obviously our offense is much better though.
  9. For the right price id love to see him back in Blue and Gold.
  10. Oh Montreal.. Never change. They love their washed up NFL'ers
  11. I disagree. You're only as good as your contract as a whole. If he's producing 50-65 points as our number two center for the next 5 years and dips in production during his last year would that be considered a bad deal? I don't think so.
  12. Top notch starter, reliable vet, and a young guy we've been grooming. Feels good man feels good.
  13. Our organization top to bottom is well ran, and we have great leaders in place. Not talented "me first" guys from the 2011 squad, not talentless guys from the Burke days, we have players that love being here and will do anything to get the W that's the leadership Mike O'shea has instilled in our guys.
  14. BYE WEEKS ARE THE WORST. I know I'm being selfish because it's a great change to heal up the body for an extra week but I want to see the Bombers play NOW
  15. We complain about our defense now! That defense was some kind of awful.
  16. It's posted on YouTube
  17. Haha his last year as a starter in the Canadian Football League once he lost his starting job to Ricky Ray looked like this.. 8 TD's, 17 INT's, 3200 yards passing. So really who sucks?
  18. It's kind of funny because when you see a head coach lash out like that it shows the referees he has no respect for them. He won't get those boarders line calls acting like a child on the sideline.
  19. Anyone can get hot at the right time. Simply make it to the playoffs and you never know what can happen. But they don't scare me. Calgary is still the team to beat.
  20. Darn. Would have been a nice pick up for our defense. Hoping we can make a move to improve this team in the home stretch.
  21. Maas is a mega d o u c h e. With their defense, o-line and ST they aren't going anywhere.. Even with the best QB in the game.
  22. I could be wrong but since Nichols has taken over I don't think we've lost two games in a row.. A lot of credit to the coaching staff for making adjustments and credit to Matt Nichols for raising his quality of play.. Especially after a game where he could have played better!
  23. So much effort for such little pay off. Enjoy the basement
  24. Ottawa won't be easy, and Edmonton is still tough at home. Would never count Hamilton out either as they have a little momentum winning two and a row. As per usual we'll have to bring our A game if we're going to come out with wins. No game is an easy win on the schedule but I'm confident we'll be able to atleast take two out of three which would leave us in a good position at 10-4.
  25. He did his job yesterday. He got into the endzone. By no means a perfect player but with his speed he keeps the defense honest and opens up the short/middle part of the field because you have to respect his speed.
