Lankford can’t make a cut like that. Amazing speed and vision on that play.

Could also be timing issues. Receivers he’s not comfortable with giving up on the route or running the wrong route. I have no worries about Nichols right now.

People are taking this too literal. Who knows what goes down between the organization and the players in private. Obviously he doesn’t want to be playing football right, it’s just a very vague answer. He’s not going to throw Thompskins under the bus he has too much class for that.

Looking forward to seeing more of Bennett and McGuire battling for that third QB position. Obviously Bennett has the experience but both looked more than capable last Friday. QB depth like the o-line can change in an instant and having guys that can be counted upon to play is important.

Agreed. Draft is a crap shoot at best. Some make it, many don’t!

Hecht doesn’t suck. He’s an adequate player. You wouldn’t want him to start necessarily but he won’t hurt you being out there.

Wish some of our receivers we brought in would step up when it really counts. It seems like every year we have several receivers look great in training camp but turn invisible once the lights are on.

If we stay relatively healthy, no reason to believe we can’t win 13 games. Play makers on both sides of the ball. Loving the way this team is looking.

I don’t know why people keep bringing up Loffler. He gained his all stars by reputation. He was good in his first year but sub par in years two and three. Sure he’ll make you pay over the middle but he was slow and always a step behind in coverage. Jones is excellent in coverage and even if he isn’t 100 percent Hecht is more than adequate to start If he needs to.
