This is true, though i thought the thor movies were better then most people it certainly isnt the crowning gem of the mcu. Id say they were better then the iron man movies 2 and 3.

BTW. Last year in the NFL draft only 11 offensive guards were selected.  It's hard to imagine Gray even coming close to being drafted in the NFL.

look, I'm not trying to be a **** or instigate a war of words.. I'm just saying that Richards hasn't had a chance to prove himself yet due to a shitty run of bad luck.  Using a fellow fan's opinion of the situation (one who is pretty removed from our team and its practices and so forth) probably isn't the best reference point to lambaste some one.   The kid needs a chance to prove if he is a bust or not.  That should happen this season.. either way I doubt hes around if he is inadvertently hurt again at some point..

I've never seen a Harry Potter movie in my life, but damn it if I didn't laugh at that. Talking with @17to85 the other day about VDeV and he says, randomly, "there's always one team with all the ******' Dutchmen..." and I laughed right out loud. Goddamned Dutchmen....

Oh man I was just sitting here all relaxed and thinking ' There's no holes on this Bomber team'....and then Dr CFL brings it up out of nowhere. 

Well documented that Durant is/was a headcase and virtually every team steered clear, causing his stock to absolutely plummet. You can argue that he's at least shown some stats in his limited time with the Stamps, but I don't fault the Bombers from avoiding a potential troublemaker. I've always appreciated the Bombers dedication to drafting/recruiting players who are good PEOPLE above all else...

People have no patience to let draft picks try and develop at all. I kind of get that, but why all the rage at them? Sure it'd be nice to get guys who contribute right away but if they're OK letting him take a few years why be so openly hostile before he even gets a chance to show if that time is worth it or not?

When was that?
He was injured most of the first season, injured in camp last year, came back mid-season and played special teams while sitting third on the NI receiver depth chart behind Kohlert and JFG.  He lined up on the wide side for some garbage time snaps in the last 3 minutes for a couple of games late in the season.  That has been his entire CFL opportunity.
People here are acting like he has been playing the long con against us - growing up playing football, a successful career in the CIS, a good combine and high pre-draft ranking, a contract, and then "made it, now I can do nothing for three years".  I'd imagine no one is more disappointed with how his last two seasons have gone than Richards himself.
An unfortunate series of events has happened which has given us no data to draw any conclusions at all from.  Maybe his CFL career will come to an end with him stuck as a victim of bad luck after another camp injury.  Maybe JFG gets injured in game 1 and Richards has an 800 yard season.  Either one is plausible because there is no data to draw from.

Love how football experience was not required. 

Thanks. Copeland really pooched our offseason the way he handled it though.
Difficult to be optimistic when we've been handicapped by the poor timing of this all, but I'll try to remember that Trestman is an excellent coach, Popp had a knack for conjuring good players out of thin air for an extended period of time and that we started 4-2 last season before the team just checked out completely, so perhaps there's more talent than our record showed (there has to be)... presuming enough of it shows up in camp.
Either way, our biggest challenge remains convincing people to trek into the city for games. Marketing is pretty much non-existent. Schedule is good though. Likely plenty of empty seats again...
