My only hope is that the bomber keep his rights and are willing to give them up for say 70k till the season begins and then increase the fee each month going forward.

I for one like more specific threads as I don’t check in every day or week over the winter months as I’m reading the snowmobile and hockey forums. It takes forever to catch up when a cheat sheet for the lastest would be ideal and I find myself heading several pages and then giving up

Its been awhile since the mass exodus from that site. What was the mitgating factor that did it in? If i recall it was a reluctance allow some knowledgeable posters to takeover/update/improve the site but a MIA site owner refused Am i way off is this correct? I liked OB alot, but the board interface wasn't that great and lacked some pretty basic features. The color scheme/layout there is horrendous. MBB is really clean and the colors all compliment each other well.. Too bad it took a revolt to get the change we needed..

Great package! I will I'll be taking advantage of this. One other suggestion I think my 6 year old would like to have considered is having the game over by halftime. It would let him get onto the field after the game that much quicker which is really the sole reason he wants to go.

As someone who does not have time check the board multiple times per day or even per week, I appreciate the dedicated threads for cfl news. It's hard to catch up in a single thread starting a few days back. And personally I like the feeling that the board is busier even if it's not really. And it no where close to how many threads a nasty fellow would start in a day or perhaps an hour in a years gone by.

Man made climate change is very real and global warming is a fact of life. There is 3% of scientists that disagree, which doesn't mean anything. 97% agree it's true. someone needs to make real changes to stop global warming and Obama lead the charge. Was it the most affective? Probably not, but you now have china moving to greener forms of hydro generation and will now be leading the charge. This is a huge development over the past few years. doing nothing is not an option anymore, and changes and having to adapt are going to be costly but green technology costs are falling and if the US funds and promotes green technologies they will be well positioned to profit from it.

Settling for mediocre was going with Jyles, pierce, glitz Elliot,brink, hall and willy. Nichols is far superior in every regard. No his may not ever bee BLM or Reilly or Ray. But he is a very good Qb that played well enough to go 10-3. Why some of you **** on him I don't know.

Wait. So everyone was on board with paying willy 450k (rumoured) but are balking at paying that for someone that played lights out in comparison and lead the teams to it first winning in 5 years. How fast we forget how horrible it has been with out a quality starting Qb. take the same approach to willy and let him make 450k. Cut him if he sucks and is outplayed by the backup. but for the love of god do NOT rest our hopes and prayers on an unknown like franklin as I can take any more years of brink, goltz or whatever other tire fire comes along

Oshea didn't lose the game at the end. the way i see it is if he goes for it on third down and doesn't get it, we lose,. If make the field goal, we win. If we miss we lose. At least he took a shot and went for the win. Tough situation where the d folded in the second half. i don't get the Nichols hate either. After 5 games we insert him we win 10 more games????? You sign him IF you can and play him till someone steals his job. the team played hard almost every game this year. THe team out performed mY expectations and oshea gets credit for that. Lapo? The offence scored enough points to win games and were scoring in the high 20s low 30s. When's the last time that happened here. 2011?????? Hall? No so sure. The players made a lot of interceptions/ take always this year. But they also gave up a lot of yards in a lot of those wins. Yesterday was a prime example of lack of blitzing, while playing 10 yards off recievers. In the 4th quater BBC players where WIDE open. If I was pulling the strings I would be looking to replace him if someone better came up. the team is far ahead of last year and the years before that. Where do we need upgrades to get us over the top? I'm not sure. But after week 4 I had already lost hope and was mad at the same old ****...

I could live without the site for a day as i'm ramping up for snowmobiling season. Depends how much work you want to spend on pulling tables from the old DBs and importing to the current DB. If no one cares then no need to waste more time.

But in this case the kid was bearing a bomber shirt/jersery and put on his green sweater as they were leaving because he was cold. So unless someone comes up with any other evidence to the contrary, coming up with other reasons or alternative theories for him to have been treated so poorly is really deflecting from what happened. People can be skepitical all they like but that thats on them for not taking a mother at their own word.. Sometimes its okay to trust what people are telling you. So drunk ******* ruined this kids experience after the game because he put on a green sweater. He was wearing a bombers jersery underneath and had been cheering for the bombers..

Like i said before, you run to the media to bring awareness to the issue. Its not about getting something free or getting recognition. Its about bringing to light that a few people negatively affected a kids love for the game and stole something from him. That memory will always be there with the kid and will not be a fond memory. I majored in conflict resolution in school and before going through these courses i thought justice circles etc where a joke and and easy way for offenders to avoid jail time. But after 3 years of school i came around and saw how offenders meeting and listening to how these incidents and their actions affected the victims made a huge change in these people. When you see the face of the person and how what you did affects them it hits home. you cant just laugh it off or pretend you don't care. In alot of cases it life changing for the offenders. If someone treated my 6 year old son or two year old daughter like **** at any event i will let them know, i will make sure everyone around them knows and bring it to the media. Just because someone is drunk and having a great time doesnt mean they can attack, belittle or say **** to my kids. Making memories with my kids is just as important for me as it will be for the kids later on and life and some drunk ******* needs to understand that they are hurting someone. Look. No one got beat up or hurt and we don't need a lynch mob, but seeing as how the media has picked it up, i'm guessing the culprits have read about it and hopefully spent a few seconds contemplating what they did and how it crushed this kids experience. If they did, they may never do it again and i think that kinda worth it isn't it?
